Product Helped Me. Buying a second bottle
Saw the bad review so I just had to write one. If you are not looking to increase your activity and watch your consumption don't expect a miracle. If you are serious as I recently got about losing weight you might want to give this a try. This takes the edge off of the restricted calories and helps give me energy for my power walks and helps me make it through the day. No jitters, no tummy upset, sleep just fine. I take it before breakfast and no later than 2pm for my noon meal. I lost 7.9 lbs in 3 weeks which is amazing for me. With this product and continued hard work and having my head on straight I have confidence I will be able to lost the final 20 for my goal. It won't work if you don't do anything. I know I took it for a few weeks before I got serious about losing weight. I used a Garcinia Cambodia product I got a the big box store and it didn't do anything for my appetite.

I like garcinia because I like to eat
Definitely controls cravings by surprising your appetite. I've used several brands of Garcinia and decided to give this one a try as it claims to be 100% HCA. I can't say I notice much difference between an 80% and this 100% other than when I take the max dose (2 caps) it caused severe diarrhea. I dropped down to only one capsule a day which didn't have that side effect. As for loosing weight.... I'm a long time user of garcinia, so I know first hand that this will not make you loose weight alone. It does however aid in weight loss goals with a very healthy and strict nutrition plan. I like garcinia because I like to eat, but I don't like to look and feel bloated. Garcinia seriously helps maintain my figure while enjoying a spurge or two (or more!) on junk food!

I normally don't write reviews, but I feel like I need to with this product. I wanted to give it a try before I decided to write about it. So I've been taking this Garcinia Cambogia along with Pure Forskolin Extract, I've been using the my fitness pal app, eating sensibly and exercising every day and in 1 week I have lost 4lbs! I have NEVER lost that much in 1 week! Just to give you some stats, I'm 5'2", 44 and started at 215.5 now I'm 211.5 and I definitely have the motivation to keep going! I did buy this product based on the great reviews it received. I've had no weird side effects at all, just a decrease in appetite LOL what an awful side effect.I hope this,along with the other great reviews helps anyone that is or has struggled with weight loss. I will be back on it another week to give an update! Have a great day!

Don't waste your money. Just go low carbs and you'll lose weight. I found no difference in using this.

Made me more hungry and gain more weight. This wasn't for me.
I gave this a try. Now I know during weight loss, you can not just take pills thinking they will do the work for you. I honestly gave my time to work out with these pills and it honestly just made me gain more weight and made me more hungry. I still have the pills. I haven't finished them. I feel like this was just a waste of my money.
