Good Value Magnesium, but Large Tablets I’ve been taking this Nature Made Magnesium Oxide for a few weeks now, and overall it does what it’s supposed to. The bottle comes with 200 tablets, which is a solid 200-day supply if you take one daily—great value compared to many other magnesium supplements. Each pill is 250 mg, which is a decent dose for daily support of muscle, bone, and nerve health. I noticed a bit more regularity in my sleep and muscle relaxation since adding it in, which is one of the reasons I like having magnesium on board. That said, the tablets are on the large side and not coated, so they can be a little tough to swallow. I found taking them with a full glass of water helps. If you have trouble with bigger pills, this is something to keep in mind. Bottom line: A reliable and affordable magnesium supplement that covers the basics well, but be prepared for large, chalky tablets.

easy to swallow tablets. no stomach upset. along with all the other health benefits this supplement has helped me sleep deeper through out the night. I take one tablet each night just before going to bed easing my stress and anxiety. it doesn't make me feel groggy in the mornings. check with your doctor if your taking this to help reduce stress at night. esp. if taking medications. started taking this about six months ago and have gotten consistent results. it has been very beneficial to me.
