Nice defuser.
Working very nicely as per manufacturer. I have given four star as switches attached with defuser not working only one is operating. All other functions like time and light setting is operating by remote .

Waste of money. Product is a total useless one get switched off without reason. Manual doesn't help Amazon return is also not there just some trouble shoot for kids. Very disappointed on Amazon on allowing such un-returnable products to be sold on their website.

Hi, Bought this item in November 2024. It was working good & useful. But now suddenly it's stop working as the colour panel is working. But mist and high low panel is not working. When I press it on with in 1 second it gets off automatically. Please advise what to do now?
