Great
We finished the basement and used this for the ceiling.

Great product and great price.
Only needed about 60% of this kit but still worth it for me. Im not sold on the overlapping on the wall angle pieces, though. Creates a minor gap at each spot where the tiles lay. But its fixable if I really “need” to. But the product itself is perfect for bathroom or other damp locations. Match with pvc or vinyl tiles and no rust issues. I definitely recommend.

Quality and price are the most important in starting a new project.
The Grid was fine ; however, the ceiling tile was too thin for what I was charged . Therefore, I decided to return it. It would have cost me $2100 to replace 68 ceiling tile., verse $250 to put up 68 of plain white that I currently had.

Worked good
First time doing a drop ceiling and I see other people saying it’s wobbly and hard to work with I had no issues. My only concern is the first main runner connection at 12 inches. I get it. It’s basically for one you add two pieces together, but when using in a smaller room, there is a lot of waste, especially if your tile layout comes up perfect for two or three tiles wide. I would suggest having these connection areas every 12 inches but that may affect the structural integrity of the runners

It's not industry strong, but it will do the job on a budget
All in all, it works and looks decent. It's definitely a far cry from the standard ceiling suspension frames, but if you want a suspended ceiling and are on a budget, this should work. The outer support frames are kind of floppy and janky, but I was able to get them to hold the beams.

Looks great, easy to install
I love my new ceiling. I've had a lot of complements.

Totally sucks!
Put up the perimeter and it was wavy where the screws went in. Suspended 1 main and discovered that instead of the cross bar connection being 6” from the wall it was 12” which limits where you can cut the main bar if your room is larger than 8ft. If you have to connect main pieces together the bar gets a twist in it that no matter what you do won’t come out. The cross bars don’t click into place so the lightest touch makes them fall out in turn makes it pretty scary to put a heavier tile in. This kit is so flimsy that I’d be scared that no matter what tile you put in it would fall out. If you try to return this garbage they make you pay return shipping which costs more than the product so it definitely deters you from returning it all together. So you don’t end up just throwing this piece of crap away don’t buy it!! Just awful!!! Ended up getting a metal kit and it was was soooooo much better!

Happy
I read the reviews and was worried about the install, but the price and 100sf won me over , and I'm glad, if you wire up the 8 ft cross sections first, that is the way to go, then putting together the 2ft sections is all about lining up the notches, once you get a couple of rows started the rest falls into place, very happy with the look
