I ordered a DeliverySafe as a gift for my dad as we had been experiencing issues with porch piracy in the neighborhood. We are very happy with the result!The DeliverySafe was very easy to setup and, after about a month of use, we can say that not one delivery has gone mysteriously "missing." You add your code/pin to your UPS, FedEx, accounts, etc. (or can add it to delivery instructions in some cases) and the driver inputs it into the DeliverySafe easily. We added a sign to direct the driver to the box and the driver seemed to know what else to do on his own.The DeliverySafe is super sturdy and well-insulated. We've had two food deliveries and because they were stored in the DeliverySafe, it was pretty evident that the cold items stayed colder and it was good to have them out of the elements. The insulation will also protect items you don't want getting wet, etc. (like ordering electronics or things like that). You can also see from my photo that the interior is pretty sizeable and can even store larger delivery items.I'm happy to report that it has garnered some attention from our neighbors and I think many of them will order one for themselves which I think will make our neighborhood even less attractive to those who would steal packages and maybe they'll stay away even more.It was honestly getting pretty annoying trying to coordinate to be home whenever a more valuable delivery was going to come and I feel like the DeliverySafe gives me/my Dad a lot of freedom back to not always have to have a package hand delivered by the driver to ensure we would get it.For all the reasons above, I'd recommend buying a DeliverySafe! It was well worth it.

Product looks like it should work fine. As long as delivering agents use the delivery box. The box did come with a small dent in the top RH edge. Will try to find some touch up paint VS trying to ship- this large item back. The dent should not affect product use. Only cosmetic. The protective foam inside was busted and outside grab handles. Its unclear if top may have been retaped during shipping. All the necessary mounting hardware is there and setting up access codes was easy enough. Product reduced one star due to top damage.

Pro's.Looks good and when a driver actually uses the DeliverySafe it solves a problem.Con's.1. The first DeliverySafe we received was damaged in shipping. The second DeliverySafe we kept had minor dings. No issue with the return.2. Keyhole leaks, rubber gasket provided doesn't stay in keyhole. We had over a cup of water in the box for our first delivery.3. Keypad doesn't offer any tactile feedback that you pressed a digit. Sounds minor but it can take a few attempts on a sunny day for a simple 4 digit code. I'm sure that frustration is amplified if I'm a delivery driver not familiar with the box.4. The black trim around the lid won't stay on. I noticed it had a tendency to fall off however after a delivery driver left it 1/2 off pinched shut I decided to remove it. Not sure how that will affect the longevity of the DeliverySafe.5. Most drivers are not noticing the code on the package or putting the effort into unlocking the box. I'll be adding more signs but overall I wish I had just bought a plastic box for 1/10th the price.Edit:After 2 weeks we started seeing rust lines and the lock mechanism is showing oxidization. I've had 2 successful UPS deliveries and 5 failed USPS attempts to delivery my packages despite instructions on the label and on the box.I also would like to see a handle on the box.

It looks and feels well-made, and obviously a high quality product. We had some Christmas gifts taken from our porch last year even though we had a doorbell camera so we got this in time for this holiday season. It was super easy to set up and the delivery drivers used it right away. I also didn’t realize how easy it is to use for our grocery deliveries. This is totally worth the money and something I highly recommend.

The box arrived on time and without issue. The setup instructions are not clear and the lock is glitchy. Over the last several days I have tried chat, email and phone calls without any response. I would not recommend.

Absolutely worth it. Very easy to set up and to provide unique codes to all delivery services, including USPS. As these become more common, more delivery services are familiar with them. The weather stripping came loose and the company sent us an entirely new unit, and it has so far performed very well. We live in a dense urban setting and package theft is very common; this is a great solution. Meal services like these because they are insulated as well.

A little early to tell but so far it seems pretty good. Unfortunately we were involved with porch pirates which is the reason why we got this. Big enough for a lot of products. I ended up bolting it to the floor which makes it less to move. The only problems I found in the directions was that the print is so small it's hard to read and then I found it a bit confusing. I still recommend this product.

It’s a nice size large box for all our packages. We now can rest assure no one is going to grab our boxes if we are out of town or out of the house for a while.Easy to program the code, and it was delivered super fast!
