Designs4Comfort Garbo Entryway Storage Bench

Very solid construction. Easy to assemble. Looks nice. Comfortable to sit on, for a bench. The height is good so it can go well against the wall, towards the side of a room if you want people to have the option of sitting in different directions during an event or a party, or even next to a dining table. The storage is good for the size of the item. Obviously not huge storage, as the item itself is rather sleekly designed and it doesn’t have a huge bucket type seat. It was put together well and there are no flaws or defects. I am very happy with this product. A definite win. Hopefully, one of those Amazon products that you’re really happy you bought.

I wanted something for the end of our master bed. This served a couple of purposes, first we have a cat and dog that are older and I had an ottoman at the end of our bed for them to jump on the bed, this looks much better and is approximately the same height. Second, we needed something to sit on when we put shoes on, again serves that purpose. The bonuses are that we have some storage although I haven't put anything in there yet (one reason is the "arms" or parts that allow the lid to come up and down had grease on them and I haven't cleaned them yet, I don't want to get anything on the stuff I put in there) but it is an ample amount of space. Another bonus it matched the rug I already had in the room. I did get the soft beige and it is a pretty color and truly is a soft beige not pink but more of a light tan. One thing to note, when we put it together the hydraulics or whatever is keeping the tension on the lifting "arms" makes it appear like the lid won't stay closed. My husband almost made me return it, but once you put the side portions on they hold the lid down. We didn't not have any damage, just one staple kind of sticking out but I just pushed it back into the fabric and it's fine. It was a little stinky when I first opened but that went away quickly and I sprayed it with Febreeze to help the smell go away. For the price, I really like it and think it was a good purchase.

Very easy to put together, took me approximately 30minutes. Very firm cushion and comfortable. I’m 5’6” and it’s a tad short to stretch out fully but still a great lounge couch. No complaints. It’s not something that will probably last 10 years but a good purchase for the price and speed of delivery.

We wanted a new bench for our Keeping Room, and since I have leopard print all over our house, when I stumbled upon this - it was a must have! I feel the price is very good for this statement piece of furniture. No, it isn't high-end, but you can't expect that for the cost. The fabric seems durable enough, though you can see it stapled on the bottom. That being said, the fabric is pulled taut and is not wrinkling. The bench is nice and sturdy and can hold a good amount of weight. It's actually quite comfortable as extra seating if you have several people just sitting around chatting. The inside has a fair amount of storage and is finished with a fabric lining. The lid has a stiffness to it, which I like. I'm not sure how it would hold up with constant sitting on it, but we got this as a decorative addition to the room and for extra seating when it's needed. Being able to stash a few throws, pillows, etc., inside is an added bonus!

This little bench is great for the foot of your bed, It's not too wide, or too long. The storage part is fine - not very deep, but good place for extra sheets and pillowcases. The only assembly was adding the sides with the legs, and it was fine, holes drilled all the way through, allen wrench provided with screws. Just awkward if you were doing it alone, easier if a second person can hold the bench at an angle, and steady, as you get the arms on. It is sturdy though, you can sit on it without it feeling wobbly or too delicate - spouse over 225 lbs and no problems with it feeling sturdy and durable. A good deal at the price.

I’d been looking for something to fill this space and this is the PERFECT bench. It arrived quickly, only took minutes to assemble (I didn’t need a second person) and the quality is great. The fabric is a wonderful neutral and is surprisingly soft! The extra storage is an added bonus. Definitely recommend 💯 Update JUL 2024: loved this so much I bought a second one for my entryway.

Product was packaged securely with very few packing materials. The bench and two side pieces fit snug together inside the box they arrived in, and each individual piece was wrapped in a soft material. The legs were wrapped in bubble wrap and the hardware was in a red plastic pouch taped to one of the legs. There are only three parts to assemble: the bench and two side pieces. Legs are already attached, and the storage compartment is already hinged/secured. I assembled it by myself in about 20 minutes. It's a beautiful little bench that fits perfectly at the foot of my full sized bed. The cats love it (yes, I bought it for the cats) because it gives them a midway point between the floor and my ridiculously elevated bed (12 inch mattress + 14 inch frame). There isn't much room in the bench compartment. I'll probably use it to store linen changes for the bed to make my life easier when swapping out bedding. All told, it's a great bench at half the price I was expecting to pay.

I don’t usually write reviews but Convenience Concepts definitely deserves credit!! I was looking for something to fill in a small space. I was honestly nervous about this. I received it and saw an immediate tear in the material. I didn’t want to have to go through returning the entire bench to Amazon so I contacted the manufacturer directly. They got back to me within hours and sent out a replacement side which I received within 2 days. For the price, the quality is good and it really compliments the area! Their customer service was the best I’ve ever dealt with! Highly recommend!

Living high up in the mountains, the issue of dust coming in open windows needed consideration and the leather looking fabric is ideal and wipeable. It is a small perfect size, sturdy to sit on and very elegant in my earth tones colour scheme. The storage under the bench is also a plus. I put it together myself (67 year old senior). It just required 4 bolts being inserted. I am very happy with this purchase.

I am very upset because I like the item and never had problems with Amazon. My husband passed away and I paid to a worker who was supposed to assemble the item.It was impossible because the bolts were wrong size.I want to replace the item for the same without those problems.
