I love the multiple serving bottles!! These are great to have at home, less plastic waste since I usually have about 1-3 servings of ketones a day. This is also great for when I am making "K-Water" which keeps me hydrated and energized! It is a combo of LMNT electrolytes, Ketone IQ, ice water, and if I am feeling jazzy I will put lemon or lime in it as well. This also covers the taste, if you aren't a fan of the OG flavor. I have been using Ketone IQ for about 18 months, so I am used to the flavor and it doesn't bother me. It is worth it for the energy, appetite control, and mental clarity Ketone IQ gives me!

I tried them and they are now part of my daily routine.Long Answer:Pros: great focus, increased energy & productivity, reduces my caffeine & sugar consumption, works with any diet/lifestyle.I bought KetoneIQ for the first time to solve my 3pm problem. I work all day and workout at 6:30pm. Everyday, around 3pm, I hit a productivity and tiredness wall which hurts my efficiency at work and while working out. To cope, I increased my standard coffee and sugar consumption which just left me feeling gross. I tried various energy drinks, which were more effective, but I just don’t like the taste or feel of energy drinks. Then I stumbled upon Ketones, and I found my solution. The effect of a shot of KetoneIQ is not just energy, but focus. I would say its akin to “being in the zone,” and without the potential anxiety of coffee. I take my shot between 3 & 4pm and they keep me going through my evening workout. Honestly, they are amazing. I was skeptical at first, but now I’m a believer. Additionally, I do not eat a keto diet. I generally eat healthy and workout 5-6 days per week (mostly crossfit) but sit at a desk for a living. The Ketones are effective regardless of my diet and workout discipline in the week.Cons: taste, price.Taste: I cannot stress to you how bad it tastes. In my opinion, it is still very worth it. Ketones have completely replaced my need to leave the office for a $5 coffee and snack at 3pm.

I just received this product after clicking “buy again”. Well it wasn’t exactly buying the same thing again. The price of about $125 hasn’t changed; but they now give you 1/3 the amount!!! The last time I ordered it was 3 boxes with 3 bottles each (so 9 bottles). Still not cheap, but not outrageous.Sellers shouldn’t be able to change their listing and have it still be linked to the “BUY AGAIN” button because you are not making the same purchase you made before.I liked the product, which is why I was ordering again. It gives a clean energy boost (nothing crazy, but noticeable) without the side effects of caffeine…but at THIS PRICE? No thanks

The ketones are important, this drink seemed to be the solution. The taste is horrible, im not sure how people use it. I put it in the fridge to avoid that and took it in one shot like a chump. After two days of intake it gave me diarrhea, not sure what to do I continued and after a week stopped. My belly was all gassy, lots of bowel sounds and I was bloated for a week. Maybe a pill is the way to go, this drink is literally disgusting.

My Dr. wanted me to stop drinking 3 cans of diet mt. dew every day and suggested this. I didn't believe for a second it would work, but bought a bottle to try, as I figure soda can't be good for me in heavy consistent volume. I was completely shocked. It worked the first day and helped me immediately move off soda. Some days I have none, other days only 1. I don't drink coffee, so for 40 years soda has been my only caffeine source. This stuff has zero come down effect and legitimately worked for me. Like I said, I'm a major skeptic on things like this, but have to acknowledge this works. I feel a fairly quick and sustained energy source. I'll also take it before workouts or sports activities. It also doesn't keep me awake at night, even if I drink it at 5pm, which is well later than I could drink caffeine. Only downside is the price. I no longer have the moral high ground on my wife buying Starbucks!

Like the morning fog vanishing in as the sunrises, the focus and brightness push the fog and gloom out of my mind. Onset is 15-20 minutes for me, for others it may be longer. When it hits, it's not a jolt, like coffee; no low grade buzz like the third cup of coffee - just a peaceful "the lights are on", I know what I'm doing, I've got this. I also noted it seems to inhibit my desire to eat between meals, or even to crave the next meal. It doesn't feel like an appetite suppressant (but maybe a distraction suppressant - is that a thing?). There's no stimulant sensation. I just feel bright and focused, ready to go.
