I keep getting a different kind of cream then what the picture is. I want the one that's in the picture I like it much better I've had it several times and why are you sending something out that is not the same as you picture. They are completely different creams, and also feel completely different on the skin. I'm going to stop ordering this one because I'm not getting the one I want.

Effective in helping to heal bedsores that have some depth and make the caretaker very concerned. I've found that a combination of stoma powder with this barrier cream thickly applied and then covered with Calmoseptine barrier cream leads to progressive healing even with a diabetic patient who doesn't heal easily. On unbroken skin, application of Soothe & Cool has provided excellent prevention of sores or rashes. The patient in this case immediately feels a cooling relief on application. The consistency is neither too thick nor too thin - it releases easily from the tube and spreads easily so it can be well massaged into sore muscles while keeping a visible barrier layer. I don't feel like I'm always running out of it the way some barrier creams in tubes seem to be. I've tries a lot of different barrier creams and am most satisfied with this one for its healing properties. The price is reasonable at a dozen for just under $50.

Works well. Only issue is losing a lot that won't squeeze out of tube.I wait and save several empty tubes and cut them in half.I wear a glove and scoop out remaining lotion and put in small plastic container.For every six Empty tubes I probably get one tubes worth out of the empty seats and it only takes a few minutes.

I've used this product for over 4 years. I find it amazingly soothing, cooling and fast acting. For me, it works to calm the site of inflammation within 45 - 60 seconds. I can't recommend it highly enough. For people with a colostomy, ileostomy or any sort of "ostomy" or inflammation, I urge you to give it a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I have used this product for five years. Buying through Amazon allows me to buy a quantity of 12 tubes at one time. It is hard to find at drugstores and much more expensive when you do . It works great as a barrier cream to soothe and cool rear end itching and burning.

I did not like anything and disliked that it was not what was shown in the picture. In Florida we call that bait and switch and is against the law in this state.

Helps so much to prevent & heal heat rashes!!! This has been such a blessing to save my skin from heat rashes!!
