Love this poetry collection!! Refreshingly different from the norm - insightful and incredibly thought-provoking at times. Obviously written with a deeper than average understanding of the complexities of life, love, relationships ... and 'everything' inbetween. Really looking forward to more from this author - and definitely one to watch out for in the years ahead. Just an amazing read!!

This is an incredible debut work. It’s packed to the brim with poems that cover all sorts of themes and forms, so you really get your money’s worth. The author has a very distinctive and unique style, that I’ve really enjoyed. Looking forward to more!

Invitations to Delicious Addictions is a poetry collection like no other. There’s a depth and lightness to Andrews’ words, making you laugh, then cry, then laugh again. I’ve dog-eared so many favourite poems, it’s hard to pick just one, but the ones that stood out to me the most were the poems on p. 19 and p. 122! They’re just brilliant! This collection is so eloquently written, I cannot recommend it enough.

I've been following this gentleman on IG since I started my bookstagram account 6 months ago. He was one of the first poets I followed and I fell in love with his writing style immediately.When he published Invitations to Delicious Addictions, I jumped at the chance to read and support him!This book captures the real strength and punch his words pack. His poetry is beauty and disaster wrapped up together in one neat little package. The lines them selves are contradictory. Which conveys the whole idea that we are, ourselves walking, talking contradictions. M. Andrews is a beautiful mind full of beautiful poetry. I would highly recommend.
