Great quality, no connection problems with Bluetooth
Unlike other reviews I've read, I've had no problems connecting with Bluetooth. Be wary though, you have to actually turn the headphone ON before you pair with them, and when you turn them off they disconnect. You don't have to pair with them a second time though when you turn them on next time. Didn't need to use the provided dongle, but I own lots of wireless keyboards and mice from logitech that use the unifying dongle and they all work fine.Sound quality is great, even for listening to music. Mic noise cancelling is really good. My only complaint is that the battery doesn't last that long, not as long as quoted for some reason. I bought a Qi fast charger pad for $11 and I rest it on that whenever I'm not using it. That keeps it charged and I don't have to mess around with a charging cable. It has a special way of folding up to put on a charging pad which is nicely designed. They are comfortable for up to two hours; that's the max I've worn them. But be aware, all of these types of wireless headsets are heavier than normal headsets. it could be uncomfortable wearing them 8 hours a day in a call center - I just don't know. The last thing is the duel device pairing; I didn't need that so I've only tried to do it once but it didn't work for me. I've read that duel pairing on even the most expensive brands doesn't work though. Perhaps it's just one feature too far at the moment?

THIS IS NOT THE ZONE WIRELESS PLUS
BEWARE OF THIS PARTICULAR LISTING: At least 2 of the pictures in this product listing are of the Zone Wireless Plus, and one of the pictures shows the multi-device Unifying capability of the Plus which this model DOES NOT HAVE. The title does not indicate that this is the Plus, but the pictures are VERY misleading, so make sure you know what you're buying. For the product itself... I think the sound quality of this unit is above average, and noise cancelation is adequate so far. The side audio feature is something that I'm going to try getting used to, as I really can't stand the muffled and "trapped in your head" feeling of a closed headset/earbuds while participating on calls. My old Logitech H800, which I LOVED for its over 10 years of life, never had this issue. It was a very open-feeling on-ear design. The Zone Wireless, while also on-ear, achieves a much tighter seal on your ears. It's better in that regard than the H800 for music and podcasts, but for me the jury is still out for calls, for which this headset is primarily going to be used in my case. Piping outside sound into the earcups via "side audio" will certainly help, but as with any other "transparency mode", it's just not the same as hearing your own voice naturally while speaking. I really didn't want to get a one-ear, call center headset just to avoid that muffled sound of my own voice, but I need to spend more time on calls to see if I'll love this headset as much as I did the old H800.

Better than the rest.
I do customer service on the phone . I wanted a wireless headset. I have bought others but retuned them because the sound quality was poor.. I either couldn’t hear the customer good, or they couldn’t hear me good, I found myself kinda shouting so they could hear. Felt myself going hoarse with other wireless headsets, did not have that problem with these headphones. They were a bit tight on my head, but that wore off pretty quickly with use and a lil’ stretching the headband a little.

Comfort and functionally.
This is a great pair of headset. I's very comfortable to wear and call quite is excellent.. However, I maybe returning it. Only because the noise cancellation does not work!! Or should I say it doesn't work as well as other models that I have. When you work from home, that's an important feature to have. At first I thought it was my imagination that that feature was not functioning, but it is not. When I press the button, you can barely hear a difference. I have other Logitech headphones with the same feature so I know how much of a difference the ANC makes when the guy is mowing the lawn and you are on a call. With this headset, there isn't much of a difference. I may return it.
