In short this is worth every penny. If you are in need of an off-loading boot this is the best one on Amazon.I really did not want to love this product. I have some extreme medical issues including severe nerve damage from my right foot to mid-spine, crps type 2, bone loss, and blood vessel damage among other issues. I am extremely prone to injury from the smallest impact (my dog stepping on my foot fractured it) so I needed something that both keeps my foot safe as I sleep and helps prevent foot drop. My only requirements are that the boot can’t increase my pain level, I have to be able to sleep with it on, it has to be secure on my US women’s size 5 men’s size 3 foot, and it can’t make me hot. I ordered several different sleep boots in desperation to find one that I can sleep in and doesn’t increase my pain. This one was the most expensive but it is by far the best quality and the most comfortable. I exist in constant pain, but this is the only boot that didn’t reduce me to tears when I put it on. It is super secure (once strapped in my foot does not slide around) and very easy to put on. While I realize I have small feet, this is the only boot of the several I ordered that is longer than my foot (I am unsure if the boot is supposed to be shorter than the length of your toes but this is the only one that was longer which I need for protection from breaks). Despite how secure it is the material is extremely soft and the boot is soft and plushy. I was concerned that the soft plush material would make me hot especially since I live in AZ and sleep with a dog, but the venting around the boot keeps my foot cool. It is also very easy to wipe clean. The only thing I could see people not loving about this boot is it is large and wider than other models so it may not be the easiest to travel with.

Very soft ,comfortable, straps are made very well we bought 2 and so far they work great for preventing pressure sores keeping the feet covered we love them thank you

I bought it for my mom to help her foot from dropping while she sleeps. She said it's soft and doesn't hurt her ankle like other Ortho boots we have bought her.

Easy to use

I have chronic mild achilles tendonitis, so, I cannot rest my heel on the bed without pain waking me. Tried every thing I could think of to be able to sleep with heel not touching anything. This device works! I Can sleep through the night, heel 'floats" Deeply grateful!

This is the best heel protector you could buy. VERY sturdy and the foam is so dense it’ll last forever and it will never lose its shape - meaning the heel you need to protect will NEVER have pressure on it! I got this for my 98 year old dad who got a pressure sore on his heel at a Rehab facility. They used a flimsy booty that didn’t raise his heel off the mattress enough to do any good. But I’ve used this one since he came home and it is starting to heal finally. His doctor said this booty is the best I could have gotten for him - it’s absolutely superior. You cannot put a price on someone’s foot or what it would cost them to lose it. So spending a little more to assure it is well-protected from any further pressure is a no-brainer. It is worth every penny and more! I’d give it 10 stars if I could. Thank you!

The stitching failed on the boot about 60 days after purchase. The Velcro has weakened significantly at this point, making the boot less comfortable to wear. The sad part is that these boots are super comfortable but they don't last due to poor manufacturing and shoddy materials.

Great buy. I've been a quadriplegic for over twenty years and have had a lot of these types of boots . And they're the best supporting boots I have used .
