SYLVANIA G6T5/OF Replacement Germicidal UV Bulb Lamp

I bought a light fixture and a spare bulb since reports on the bulbs were poor. The spare bulb worked when I rec'd it with the bulb in the lamp, both working. The lamp or the bulbs are not functional know. First bulb saw little use. Second bulb that worked at first does not work in the lamp now. So, did the lamp fail or did both bulbs fail after few month with and without use? Did bulb seal fail? The filaments look fine. I spent too much money on this low quality products because the theory was, the virus could infect even after on a surface for many days. The virus, the lamps and the bulbs all came from the same place. If I said where, this would be removed.

This bulb does not seem to have the same power as my previous bulb. It does not erase odor as well. It came well packaged.
