Works great!
This worked great on our Camp Chief smoker. After watching YouTube video it was pretty easy!

Great replacement
Great replacement. Got the dreaded error message saying the probe was dead. This did the job. Wire thickness is a tad under size compared to original, but that is to be expected. 2/5 difficulty in replacing for the Woodwind model. Works as it should.

Works Well!
Got my pellet grill back up and running. The factory probe started to drift and was throwing off my temps. This probe got it back in calibration. Fairly easy to install and worth every penny.

Probe works fine, but the grill needs some improvement
When it comes to DIY, stuff I trust I'm pretty good, but replacing the temperature probe on my Camp Chef pellet grill was not an easy and pleasant job. Getting to plug the new probe required not only removing the bottom panel (that is understandable), but also removing the front panel holding the controls. There was no way to access the connector without doing that. I initially thought that lifting the left end of the grill and having it sit at an angle would allow me to access the connector. No way; that circuit board is too deep inside for that. For a part that often needs replacement, I think the manufacturer should revise the way the probe is connected.

Works Perfect - PRO TIP will make installation a breeze.
This works perfect. My Camp Chef starting getting the error at the end of the fourth season. I tried cleaning it and that didn't work. At first I tried to connect the sensor from underneath. That didn't work. PRO TIP: What you'll want to do is thread the wire through and then take off the panel. That way you'll be able to connect the new one from the side easily.

Inexpensive and seems good
When I started getting temperature errors on my pellet smoker, I feared it was going to be expensive and difficult. I was shocked to find how reasonably priced a replacement could be. Replacing it wasn't too difficult. I was only a little hard, because of the placement of the connector in my particular model. It's now working as normal.

Don't buy if you have a Camp Chef.
I ordered one of these and it looked good and figured I scored a good probe in a time crunch. Welp, I got two uses out of it before it failed. I couldn't cook properly like I needed to. As most know, you need to have a good quality product. This replacement probe isn't it. On top of that, I had got a replacement since the previous one failed. Low and behold I was on my second use and it went out on me. There is nothing more frustrating when you can't do what you need to do. I have a Camp Chef so if you too have a Camp Chef you're best bet is to just order you a couple from Camp Chef to have handy. As those I get a good two years worth of heavy cooking.

Great replacement! Did the job perfectly. Would buy again (hopefully I don't have to).
