I've got mixed nuts in mine and they come out whole with minimal effort. Even the walnuts and cashews.Some dust from the nuts may make its way out and scatter a bit otherwise, so I keep a small bowl under it all the time both to catch the dust and to catch the nuts. I dump the nuts from that bowl into smaller bowls for serving or bags and containers for work-snacks and hiking. And while it doesn't get jammed per se, it can get hard to turn sometimes with large nuts wedged in the hole if I turn the crank in the same direction every time... So, I alternate clockwise and counter-clockwise. These have been the only problems I've had and as you can tell, the solutions are easy.It's not ugly. Looks okay on the countertop. And it's exactly the sort of attractive-nuisance that my friends enjoy playing with.

This has really helped us monitor how much cereal the kids go through. We fill it up and tell them we will not refill until a certain date making them ration on their own. Well made. Smaller cereals can get crumbs under it though. We keep a plate under them for easy clean up.

I bought this for my pantry to put the kids cereals in so they do not make a mess. It works great and there is almost no mess and a counter space saver. I am going to buy more for coffee beans, rice, and etc. Note; you cannot use this for bigger type cereals such as small frosted mini wheats.

Much smaller than I expected but, I really do like them. Fruity pebbles are kind of small and leave a mess on the counter but not too bad. Fits almost a full 12 oz. box. My kids like variety so I'm actually going to order another set. All in all I am satisfied

The grandkids love it. It helps the 5 & 7 year olds to be able to be independent and get their own cereal. I keep their cereal bowls on the counter and I have small carafes with milk in the fridge. Win Win they love it and so do I. Happy with my purchase!

The kids can go crazy... I bought this as a candy dispenser for my mother as her house is always full with grandkids and their friends and all they want is candy. Both dispensers look so colorful when filled with M&Ms & Skittles. Great product. I think I will go ahead and buy one set for me too.

I'm impressed. Definitely the best dispenser on the market. Unlike the cheap ones that keep jamming. Works well for all types of cereals I tried so far. This one was for home and I will get one more set for my office.

Love the concept, however, cereal still splatters all over the counter when the knob is turned.
