Great Source of Awakeness!!!
This product works fast, but loooooong, lol 4-5 hours for me, personally. I had initially purchased these, around, "Peak/holidays," along w/ another caffeine chew I usually would buy; those ran out a long time ago but these pills, I still had a few, before buying another bottle sooo, yeah, there's 120 pills so they last a long time. If I go the, Mountain Dew caffeine route, I'll have sugar/shaky crashes, & 2 days after my work week end, I'll have a painful caffeine w/drawal headache, but honestly, even taking 2 of these pills, 1-2x a day, I don't have any headaches, afterwards. A lot of people are meowing about the, time-release part, being fake but, I mean, to me, it does feel like a steady release. I've had caffeine pills before, that were just normal, Idk the milligram but most at the store are, 300, & it felt like my brain was crumbling to painful eye-exploding bits - also why I don't/can't drink energy drinks (that & they taste like cough syrup), but if I pop 2 of these, a slow gradual release of 200mg of caffeine, doesn't hurt me at all. ***Obviously this is all my own personal experience, but yeah*** this is my 2nd bottle & I'm gonna buy this/this seller, foreva!

Works as advertised, wonderful product (;-)
I have taken only one capsule, but I have NOT had any adverse reactions. It seems to be working as advertised. I have NOT felt any jitters, nor any feeling of being short tempered as compared to a plain 100MG caffeine pill which causes my heart to flutter accessions. I am excited about finding this product.

Works as intended, but not right for me.
This time-released caffeine pill seems to work as intended. It gives you a longer duration effect of five or six hours (as opposed to three to four hours for regular caffeine pills) and a lower jolt to your system since it releases gradually. I thought this would be useful to me because I don't really like the feeling I get when I use caffeine. Caffeine is good for keeping me awake during my afternoon slumps, but it also makes me feel tense. So I tried this time-released version since I thought I could avoid a spike and thereby reduce my reaction (tenseness) to it.However, I still wound up feeling just as tense; except now it was for a longer period of time. So I have discontinued using this product in favor of regular caffeine pills (Jet Alert). The regular caffeine pills are fast acting and they don't stay in my system as long, maybe four hours or so. I still get the tense feeling, but it reduces the length of time it lasts. I only need the stimulant effects for maybe three hours to avoid my afternoon slumps. So this time-release version may work better for others than it does for me, if you want a longer and more gradual stimulant effect.

Amazing, easy and gentle
It took me awhile to find a time release caffeine tablet, finding this has been amazing! The time release is perfect for my needs and carries me through most of the day. One cuppa doesn't do it for me any more so I needed something else, a little more. The sustained release is perfect, Thank you

love it
If I don’t have time to drink coffee in morning, I just take one capsule of this caffeine and it will immediately keep me energetic.update:I think it is not suitable for long-term use. In the long run, I should choose natural coffee.

Seems to work
My biggest complaint in searching for a caffeine pill was how much caffeine they all have in them, especially for a concentrated dose. This product has 100 mg (comparable to an 8-oz cup of coffee) compared to the 200 mg that most of the caffeine pills I looked at contained. The smaller dose coupled with the time-release dosing in this product is why I decided to try it. This caffeine pill is about the size as your average multivitamin. It is powder in a capsule, so if you have difficulty swallowing pills you could easily open the capsule and mix the powder in with food or drink. There is really no flavor if you swallow the capsule. If you balk at the amount of caffeine even with the time-release, you could always open the capsule and only use half of the dose, which would disperse an amount of caffeine somewhere between what is in an average 12-oz can of soda and an average 20-oz bottle of soda, or about the equivalent amount in two 8-oz cups of tea. I don't feel jittery after taking one of these capsules and it does seem to sustain my energy longer than constantly drinking soda did. I definitely feel better using these as a caffeine source than I do drinking soda, and these will be more cost-effective than the amount of soda I have been drinking.

Not time released. Causes crash.
Not for everyone. I experienced a sudden rush for the first hour with my heart pounding faster and I was feeling jittery. I thought I would get a heart attack. After an hour I crashed and was feeling sleepy and drousy like I never did before and it was 9 in the morning with my work time ruined. It is not time released as they promised as it was all released instantly. Waste of $19 and time.UPDATE: I tried with other remaining tablets and got the same results. I believe there's a manufacturing defect with the capsule shell as it gets disolved easily. The entire barch should be recalled by the manufacturer.
