Gatorlyte Rapid Rehydration Electrolyte Beverage, Orange, 20oz Bottles (12 Pack)

So, I picked these up for my husband who decided to experience summer in a sauna – you know, the extreme heat kind. Poor guy was waking up at night with leg cramps that sounded like a wrestling match. Apparently, he was a little dehydrated, and he wasn't a fan of those hydration packets you toss into water bottles. You know the ones—they taste like you're drinking salt water and come with a mystery clump floating around. But he guzzled this drink and actually said it tasted good! Can you believe it? It hydrated him and kept his legs from turning into pretzels at night. So, if you're working in a furnace or something, I'd definitely give this a shot!

This is easily my favorite flavor of Gatorlyte. Without all the added sugar that Gatorade has it’s 50 cal and perfect for sweaty tournament, weekends and competitive senior hockey. I have no idea how it ended up on a team or Mail girl and it’s all men, but that’s what’s offered in Florida. There’s really not women’s hockey. This helps me keep up with the guys and it doesn’t taste terrible either. I can go through two bottles a game, but worth every penny of it due to the fact that I don’t collapse from the exhaustion of a five game weekend or more games depending on the tournament. I could skate for weeks on this stuff…. Also great for weekly league games as well.

These electrolyte drinks have a Great flavor. They only have 50 calories each and have no sugar. I am not a big water drinker as I like to have taste with my drinks. this helps keep me from getting dehydrated at a Great price.

My husband works out in the heat and this is his go to drink. Great taste and works fast! It’s really hard to find in our hometown so I starting purchasing my the case from Amazon so we always have it on hand. The orange flavor is light and not too sweet. Really helps with quick rehydration after hot days. Definitely our go-to electrolyte drink.

doctor started me on powerful di-urectic which can cause electrolyte imbalances. since I don't really like drinking water, this was perfect; and, I think I'm still alive :}

In the huge collection of sports drinks, this one stands out. It refreshes quickly and tastes great. It would get 5 stars if it was not so expensive. Pricing at markets varies wildly. It would be better if there was a more reasonable approach on pricing. $3.49 a bottle appears the highest and $2.25 thee lowest I have found. I can buy more than double the quantity of real fruit juice for that pricing. Maybe there would be more benefit if the mystery of electrolytes was explained and compared.

This is difficult to find in stores near me. It helps you recover from mowing in the heat of summer.
