not a good product broke twice

I received my red light belt on Nov 3, 2022. I used it very carefully to make sure it would not fail as so many people have reported. I also used it every night and believed it was useful. But then it stopped working on Feb 4, 2023. I checked back to see about "after-sale service" and discovered that the "Return window closed on Jan 31, 2023." Obviously, it's not a very dependable product which is why it earned only one star. When it worked, it was five star. But to fail as fast as it did is inexcusable. I am now shopping for a red light unit that has a one year guarantee.

I've been through two of them and I returned both of them. They are filled in the same manner electrical opening of some short. waiting for a refund .....a lot longer than it took for the replacement. The return policy is painless quick and easy. But waiting for the refund will take a while I guess it's lost in the mail . so I don't deserve the refund . This good money I put it out for a product that didn't work.

Pain relief aspect works - but the device itself didn’t last more than a few weeks. Amazon helped me replace it, but sadly the replacement device failed within the month also. I was even more delicate handling the second one but it didn’t seem to matter as even more rows of lights just stopped working from one day to the next.

The only negative thing about this was the controller would work off and on. Some days it would work other days it wouldn't. Other then that I really like the product.

I really like how it was easy to use this belt. It was easy on, easy off, and I was able to figure out how to operate it easily as well.I only got to use it about five times before it quit on me though, so that was very disappointing! It has a vibrating mode which I thought might help stimulate the abdominal fat, so I was using that each time and that may have been what caused it to quit functioning....not sure, but I was enjoying using it up to that point. Sadly, I had to pack it up and send it back.

I would give this a negative rating if possible. I spent $135 + tax for this belt. There were no instructions with it. I thought maybe it was just missing from my purchase. Called Amazon and they sent a replacement. Well, there was no instruction manual there either. Seems we are expected to spend another $16 + tax for a book.Truth is - this pissed me off enough that I sent it all back. I’ll see what my physical therapist can do to help me..

I like it but it dormant last long. Lost two writing a month.
