Super functional
Beautiful pedal. Easy to use. I love looping drums or whatever else onto the pedal and then recording layers on top.

Great low cost looper pedal
I like this pedal better than the other Lekato pedal that is slightly cheaper. This one includes loop led’s to help with timing your loop starts and stops. It also includes a pretty accurate guitar tuner. I’m happy with the purchase.

Creates noise in pedalboard
I've had this a while and it worked great because I used it in isolation. However, when I put it on a pedalboard sharing power from a common power supply, it produced an annoying noise in my amp. Each output from the power supply is shielded, and no other pedal in my chain makes noise like this. These were not daisy chained either. When I disconnected it from that power supply and used a separate 9v power supply, it didn't make the noise, but that defeats the purpose of a pedalboard power supply. Unfortunately past the 30 day return window, but I will be looking for another looper pedal.Edit:I figured out that I can cut all the noise if I use this in my buffered effects loop on my amp. Revising to 4 stars as I really like the way it works, but should be able to use it in front of the amp without noise.

Type c usb will power it!
This actually co.es with the USB c type port on the side and it can power it! I thought i was going to have to use the 9v plug in but I use a portable charger with a type c USB that works great with it.

Nice basic looper at a good price
Description and documentation say it has a micro usb port, but mine came with usb c. Documentation says tta it requires a 9 volt power supply, but it seems to work fine with power from a usb charger. to its usb c port. If you want to power it from a computer usb port, you will need to use a charge only cable to prevent it from going into data transfer mode.

Did not power up right out of the box.
I bought this thinking it looked pretty nice for the $. But I did miss the fact that it does not come with the power supply... which is a pain becasue the item requires power to use. Unfortunately there is no recommendation for what power supply to order or even a power supply offered by the manufacturer. It seems they could have made an easy, extra few bucks by recommending a compatible / factory power supply and made it easier on the purchaser to acquire the needed item with confidence.Fortunately I happened to have a 9V power supply from a portable fan I use for camping. I know the power supply works as I used the fan last weekend while camping. So I plugged the power supply into the pedal and it seemed to fit correctly but the item never powered up at all. The issue now is that I do not know if the power supply simply didn't work for the item or if the unit just doesn't work at all. I do not want to start ordering 9V power supplies trying to find one that fits / works with the item to troubleshoot what the issue is. I feel this leaves me only one option and that is to return the item.I recommend just spending the extra money on something that comes ready to use out of the box. The few bucks I saved is definitely not worth the hassle for this item.*Edited after experimenting with it more:So, it does essentially come with a power supply. The USB cable that is included with it to DL files to a PC can be plugged into a standard 9V USB smart phone charger or a PC to provide power to the device. I tried this as a last attempt and it powered right up. So 1) the little video that is part of the listing pictures for this item was inaccurate regarding it not coming with a power supply, and 2) It does seem to make the 9V power plug in on the unit sort of a confusing add on as it is not required at all. Finally, I saw another low rating due to the instructions being too small to read and I have to say that is 99% accurate. I was able to read the instruction manual.... barely. It's definately easier to just watch the video for how to operate this item.

Just not enough loop slots..
I really like the LEKATO loop pedals. They are very simple to use (especially for non pedal people). The LED ring on the face of the unit makes it easy to read and follow when your loop is about to repeat. Sound quality is great as well as the build quality. And, this particular version of LEKATO looper pedals has an auto start feature that separates it from its non-auto sibling. Meaning, you can activate the recording process but the loop won't begin until the pedal receives signal. That means ANY signal generated by what ever you have plugged in. Bump the pickup, string slide, feedback.. So it may take just a second to get this feature down if you are an absolute noob. I will say, It does take the difficulty of having to hit the foot switch at the exact moment you begin your loop. Great for those that don't have experience doing this or are simply not that good at it. Great feature but there is one massive flaw with the LEKATO line..Not enough loop slots. Simple as that. Storage is very cheap. Maybe its the circuit design? I don't understand why so few. Only 3 loop slots. The non-auto pedal only 9 loop slots. Very affordable but FYI - they don't come with a 9v power supply and can't be powered by battery.I was keen on the Ditto+. At the time it was $130 with 99 loop slots. Awesome small screen to see what is going on when operating the pedal but it was too damn expensive against other more powerful pedals with WAY more features around the same price. Thats when I turned to LEKATO thinking I could get by. Not the case for me.My goal was getting a looper to practice guitar. I'm a drummer and I have very little skill with guitar so it would be a good thing to have to build my playing ability. I also record. A lot. I think we all come up with riffs and ideas and the LEKATO pedals fill up fast for me. Variations, random riffs that come out of goofing off, working things out from my head..I have since settled on the NUX Loop Core Delux and I also got a used Digitech Jamman Solo XT. NUX was the $20 more at the time as the Ditto+ (Ditto+ is the same price currently at $150) and I got the Jamman for $90. I considered the Roland RC-500 for the future but it was too far out of my price range. If LEKATO would get competitive with the Ditto+ and just add more slots.. 40, 50, 99? I would buy them all day long. I am sure a lot of other would too. I do really like the LED counting feature on the face. Extremely handy! My recommendation for this pedal would be for people that want a low cost option and aren't interested in capturing stuff for later. Folks that want to play or practice standard cord progressions or cover songs, that can be disregarded. Or if you have difficulty with timing your foot and hands to start a loop and want to practice that.Overall, I a m a fan of LAKATO's gear, i just wish they offer more slots!
