Good list of existing literature, but not much else
Good list of existing literature, but not much else. Not a worthwhile read. More case studies snd less theory would be great.

Don't Bother With This One
Did you know that leading a collaborative organization is a very complex undertaking? You did? That's probably because you have leadership experience and a healthy dose of common sense. This book is chock full of anti-climatic "conclusions," that can be deduced just by working in a professional work environment for a couple years. There is absolutely nothing ground-breaking, breath-taking, or amazing about this author's book. When I was finished with it, I felt that I had read 70 pages of "fluff." Unfortunately, this was assigned reading at none other than the author's alma mater (USC), and to me, seemed an obvious ploy to boost the school's book sales of home-grown writers. If you don't have to read this, don't bother. If you want a good leadership book, you're better off picking up "How to Win Friends and Influence People."

A Must for Leaders
This exceptional book highlights the renowned authors of leadership methodologies and theories over many decades - an excellent introduction and tribute to the champions of ageless philosophies applicable to current management demands. The University of Southern California and University of San Francisco have added this book to their public administration curricula.
