I've been taking this for years. Vegetarian friendly and packed with MEGA doses of everything you need in a multivitamin supplement.

Great product.

I’ve taken so many different multivitamins and for some reason I always found myself more tired or groggy after taking them when I woke up the next day. However, this one is a lot different and it’s a multivitamin that I actually FEEL. Energy is much better and my overall health feels better while taking this too. Wish the cost was a little better though, for something you have to buy monthly.. it can add up for someone with my budget. To me a multivitamin shouldn’t cost more than my 30$ gym membership. that’s just my rule of thumb though!

I have been using this product for years.

I am a female and over 65, and have taken these since 1990. They were recommended thru my ENT Dr because of immunity issues due to high stress. They are Guaranteed energy vitamins which are cold processed and extracted from quality fruits and vegetables, all of this means quality. I have even sold amazing direct line products but these are the best for the price. Recently I decided to try one of the vege/fruit vitamins. Do notice they do not list content on most brands, well I found out after about three weeks their inefficiencies et al; excessive bruising, hair loss, pain, change in vision, and new arthritis flare-ups. Also, if you take the vege/fruit you need to supplement minerals too, which is more expense and more pills. Don't get me wrong, if you have not found out, no vitamin supplement gives you "all you" may need, as I supplement for bone density and gut health, but this is the most complete and effective I have found for the money.

Bought due to recommendation of my massage therapist. Without a doubt, the best multivitamin I have ever purchased. My hair and nails were strengthening in no time. Could drop my extra magnesium, Calcium and D tablets (which are huge in size).The price is a bit stiff, but they are certainly worth it.

I felt the difference when I started and when I stopped. Ease to swallow, has no taste, great quality. As a single mother I get drained easily but not his keeps me with an even energy level throughout the day.

These have so many vitamins and minerals from natural sources. I cannot get all the nutrition I need from my meals. This IS food recommended by nature paths at our local "health food store". These tablets are large, so I use a mortar and pestle to grind and put in vegetable juice.
