Barrel of Monkeys Neon Pop Monkey Chain Game

I bought this for our granddaughter for Christmas when she turned 3. I had good memories of the game, and I thought she would like the challenge of connecting the monkeys..... but the monkey pieces and barrel seem plastic type of cheap and came with no directions. Maybe that was true to the original design, but I felt like minimally some pictures and/or directions would have enticed her to be interested in the game. For now I am more motivated to play than she is.

You can of hiding them throughout the house an obvious places for an adult but kids love to have to find them and make it a contest it's so much fun

Hadn’t thought about these in 30+ years. But I’ll tell ya, they make excellent mask holder things. Forget all those special made ear saver devices, just stick a monkey on the back of your head to hold the ear loops. Buy them, buy them now. There’s enough to keep one in your pocket, one in your bag, one in the car, and then give some out to friends/coworkers when they squee over your monkey mask holder. Especially when you work at a hospital like us, _any_ amount of levity goes a long way.

This is for the most part the classic barrel of monkeys. The plastic does appear to be thinner and lighter than the ones ibhad growing up.

This item was purchased for the kids at my daughter's school for a fun day game day and they enjoyed.
