It taste great as just a tea alone, a little lemon honey or mix in my smoothie.It helps with my overall energy and performance doing the day with a peaceful sleep.

High quality.

Very gritty and not a good flavor. I can’t get it to mix in my drinks and have had to buy something else. It doesn’t seem to work but that probably because I can’t get through the flavor and the grit.
