My laptop is about 9 years old and works great ... all windows updates current and such. Mainly use for both video and picture editing and paying bills. Second replacement battery I have needed. Installation is a snap and like the raised height the 12 cell gives as helps air circulate around the battery. Read instructions on the box about charging and discharging 3-4 times to achieve maximum performance and have done so 2 days consecutively and after about 4-5 hours use still around 68% battery left using unplugged and when I am finished plug back in and takes less than an hour to achieve 100% full charge. No longer tied to a wall outlet. A HAPPY VIDEOGERFOR 💻📷

At first I thought I was sent the wrong batter, it fit perfectly, but my laptop was not sitting flat, a little more research said that it will sit up higher since it is a 12 cell battery, which is larger..I then also realized that it allowed for more airflow under my laptop to help cool it. Then I checked my core temperature for all four cores and they were lower than when I had a passive chill pad under the computer, so this battery helps extend the life of the laptop by running cooler. I only use my laptop as a desk top so I only unplug it once a month to drain the battery as per instructions. While it is plugged in all the time the battery discharges to 95% capacity then charges up to 100%, which is great to see that everything is working fine. So far very happy, have had it about 1.5 months.

Hello All, I do not write up reviews very often unless the company I'm dealing with is exceptional. This company very well fit that criteria. I purchased a high capacity laptop battery for my aging HP (but still valuable to me). Well the battery i purchased started developing a particular problem a week back to where it would just shut down by itself with no warning to me thus i would lose valuable data that i entered. I contacted the company spokesman named Joe and i swear no sooner that i put my phone away after telling him about the problem, i received his response. All the time i dealt with this problem through, Joe was right on top of it with his responses back to me. He asked me a few questions in order for me to test the problem and establish that the problem was indeed what was wrong and not a with the PC itself. After we found that the problem was in fact the battery itself, it was a matter of a swift two days that Joe sent me a replacement unit (it probably would have been quicker if USPS was faster). But bottom line, If this is how this company does business then they certainly have my loyal patronage and i have already recommended them to several of my friends and plan to do business with them again myself after i purchase a new PC. Batteries don't last forever... Its nice to that there is a company out there that's got your back. I give this company six stars out of five. And like i did for my friends, I would highly recommend dealing with this company for all of your battery needs. Michael

The large capacity battery work right out of the box. Fit and finish is goodI did charge up the battery and let it discharge to break it in. It is large battery it will raises the base of the laptop at the rear. Works great.

Fit my HP Pavilion perfectly. After charging it up I ran my computer for a couple of hours and then left it on standby. The next morning the battery was only down about 1/8%. Like the lift it gives to the back of the laptop.
