Marquam Rolling Laptop Tote 18.4"

I had bought another bag from SilverHooks on Amazon and they dropped the ball with my order and I am SO GLAD they did because this bag is PERFECT! I have had such a hard time finding a bag big enough for my huge laptop. It is an HP Pavillion 17" and corner to corner it is 19.5" so not just any bag would work. I also wanted something more girly with room for other storage. This is perfect for my busy Essential Oil Business. It is absolutely beautiful with great attention to detail with lots of pockets for storage and plenty of room for my laptop. It is a very well made bag it came packed like my Coach and Michael Kors bags with a sleeve to store it in as well. It looks great as a pull bag as well as on my shoulder. I am VERY happy with this purchase. Thinking about getting a second one! Great seller I received my purchase early as well as had many updates on my shipment. Thank you for great customer service.

I am amending my previous review of this product. I loved the size and look of this bag but the handle did not work well and soon broke. I contacted the seller and they immediately responded. They replaced the bag and this one works perfectly. I am very impressed with their outstanding customer service! I wouldn't hesitate to purchase other products from this seller.The telescoping handle on this product broke right after the return-window closed. I have been trying other means of getting this repaired to no avail. I like the bag but am very disappointed in the handle's limited durability.

So far so good. It is beautiful and well made. I can’t comment on the durability of the wheels yet. I haven’t taken this outside yet. I will update this review when I do. If it Is made anything like the rest of the bag it will be fantastic. It is both professional and pretty at the same time. I found that to be a Combination that is hard to find. So I really hope these wheels will hold up.

Just what I needed, a compact, lightweight, non-bluky, quiet rolling bag - that can fit my 15in laptop and other stuffs - that I can also carry over my shoulder when it's snowing or raining. This bag fits all the description and more. Besides the compartment organizer for pens, paper, folders, cables, etc, it also has 3 outside pockets. It's so classy, you can take it everywhere with you. It is very good quality and seems like it will hold up for a long time to come. I have no complaints except for one : I wish I had seen it a couple of months before.:)

I am on my second Clark & Mayfield Rolling Laptop Tote that did not last beyond 1.5 years. I loved both rolling totes for many reasons, but then the telescoping handle breaks. On the first one it broke low enough in the bag that you could not get to the broken component to attempt a repair without destroying the bag. On the current one the plastic handle cracked and broke into pieces. Just kind of deteriorated. I did use them frequently, several times a week - but never ever a distance beyond parking lot to office or driveway to home and no staircases involved - so they were not ruffly used. If these totes were more in the $100 range rather than twice that, I might not take such a dim view about the lifespan. So I will be searching elsewhere now.BUT, if you don't mind replacing your bag every 18 months, then I would say go for it - these bags are very attractive and very roomy. The actual bag part is well constructed and durable. There aren't very many cases that will EASILY handle a 17+inch notebook, and this one does. Zippers and wheels work well. My only issue beyond the breaking telescoping handle is a slight design flaw in that the case often falls completely forward when left standing with the handle fully extended. There are some "nubs" in place that should prevent this, but they just don't do the job too well.I get the feeling there really isn't a rolling laptop bag the size I need out there that I am going to love. There are a few that look functional, but also look really unattractive (does everything have to be black nylon??) Or the bags get nicked for lack of durability. Looks like I have my work cut out for me *sighs*

The media could not be loaded. I was so excited to get my bag. I transferred all my things only to find out….. The zipper does not zip all the way and it comes apart :(

My review may not be entirely helpful because I had to return this bag before using it simply because, unlike the pictures which indicate a roomy bag, this bag is tiny with very little storage space, so…it had to be returned. I was truly shocked at how small it was when I got it, so pay attention to the dimensions. Also, if you’re tall (I am 5’11”) I would say this bag is simply not for you.

I love the color of this bag and it fits beautifully in overhead bins of some of the airlines smaller jets. The bottom of the bag tends to drag the ground a little and has a horrible squeak from the wheels if I don't maneuver it just right and the size of some of the compartments is a little small, which is why I gave it a 4 rating vs a 5. Overall, however, it is a very nice bag and a good buy.
