2008 Benz E350 with Harmon Kardon system working
Great little adapter and boi it’s small haha Sounds great no distortion and currently using my Apple 16 Pro Max On the dash it shows error but if you don’t mind it just switch it to something else. I wasn’t able to skip songs on my steering wheel but no big deal as I can easily swipe from my phone while being in the AC vent phone holder. The device indeed does power off after a couple of seconds so don’t fear that it will drain the battery. My advice get it if you want good quality music. If you get the cigarette transmitter expected a little low quality and bit of hiss here and there but this adapter is a must if you commute to work. It works with the integrated iPod cable from your radio. And also works perfectly fine with the Harmon Kardon system. 4/5 because I am unable to switch music from my steering wheel and error code on the dash. OK, new update. You need to switch between modes either the green LED or the blue LED depending on your phone. It would be able to read the tracks on your dash. 5/5 Stars

Does not display information on Mercedes display...
Using this with my Samsung Android phone. Bought it specifically because it states it will display song/title in the Comand headunit. It does not. I tried every configuration and it doesn't display the song title or anything like that. See pictures I posted. I am using Pandora and Spotify. Iphone seems to work fine but Android even when switching the bluetooth adaptor to "general mode" doesn't work to display any information. Sound quality is also much lower than the other bluetooth adapter that I've used in the past. Good in theory but in implementation not so much...

Great sound, easy connectivity
This is the perfect device to use an iPod cable and add Bluetooth audio streaming to your car. Worked perfectly for my 2008 Mercedes E350.
