Checked my boxes for my "rabbit room"
I have a Flemish Giant rabbit that I wanted to remodel a bedroom for. The wood floors were already painted a terrible color so I had no problem deciding to re-paint them. I needed something waterproof, THICK to seal up cracks/seams, and with a rugged finish because she does like to parkour! Took some time to dry before being able to put on a second coat (maybe 24 hours?), but I was able to walk on it after about 2-3 hours. It was very rubbery when it was drying. I highly recommend this product and will use it again for any similar products! I also recommend the primer that this brand sells. I think it helped with adhesion. I got the INSL-X SXA11009A-04 Stix Acrylic Waterborne Bonding Primer, 1 Quart, White.

The Absolute Best!
I had stop painting my deck to come write a review this stuff is SO good! Goes on so easily, spreads like a dream and dry's quickly . Easily covers 450 sq per can and my deck is 25 years old and hasn't been touched in 10 years. I am blown away by this stuff. If you're sitting on the fence on what to use, BUY THIS! You won't be disappointed.

very durable!
So far so good! Goes down easy, and dries quick. If it lasts three years, I'll be happy. Much higher quality than big box store products like cabot or thompson's. I expect to recoat every three years due to snowy winters, but I don't see this stuff peeling up sooner. I've dragged heavy furniture across it leaving no scratches. Just let it completely dry! Follow instructions on can and use the recommended primer (bought separately)! I used an acrylic primer from sherwin williams. Primer is runny, as expected, but goes down pretty opaque and smooth. I used a roller on a broomstick, and cut in with an angled brush. No problems and no complaints!

Canadian-Easy to apply, looks fantastic
Prep-I surface sanded our 25 year old deck and wiped sand from surface. Application was easy and the product went on smooth and without streaks. Bonus point for that. Consistency is butter, so easy to apply. Looks great. The test will be our Canadian winter, but so far we love this product.
