I was so surprised at the qaulity of this pan and how easy it was to clean it. I roased a spiral ham (had to cover it with foil due to size) and a chicken in it and it was the best chicken ever (covered by the lid) and it came out tender and crispy. My only regret, I did not buy one sooner.

This roasting pan is just lovely and perfect for the purpose I bought it for. I plan to make sourdough bread with it and instead of using a very heavy cast iron pot, this will do the trick and will be much lighter. It's a perfect size for any roast or one pan meal as well. It seems well made and sturdy. I really like this roaster.

Perfect size for our needs

It’s a great pan to make roast beef in . I used this type of pan for 40 years .

It is an okay product. Not as strong/heavy as they used to be made. Very shallow. But will do in a pinch. I had an 11 pound turkey and had to work hard to fit it in the roaster. Of course, the top would not fit due to the height of the turkey. Better for a roast or a chicken.Value for money-no.

It was a great pan but too large for me

Perfect for sourdough

Its top does not seal completely and keeps moving. Steam is not trapped cause of this reason.

It was great at first and then only after a few uses it started peeling which is very unfortunate!
