A is a paddle attachment for the holster and B is a belt clip attachment. Your belt goes through a loop to secure the holster to your hip.

Will a ported Ez 9 mm fit?

Yes. My 380 is ported and it fits. You can adjust it some to make sure you have a good fit.

Will this fit a Sig Sauer P938?

I don’t think so. It’s made for M&P 9mm EZ shield or 380 small conceal hand gun.
