Vintage Chinese Bamboo Wood Desk Pen Pencil Cup Holder (plum blossoms, orchid, bamboo and chrysanthemum)

It looks great, and the size is good, but the bottom is very thin. Over time, with use, a pen or something could make a hole in the base. I'm putting a small foam pad in mine to prevent that.

Holds plenty of pens, looks sharp.

Looks great ... only thing that was wrong was the hump on the bottom was disfigured. You can’t see it but it affects how the stuff in the holder sits. Other than that it’s fine.

Very Nice Piece of work. A lot larger than expected, Larger than some coffee mugs. Can fit a lot of art utensils in it. Over all good purchase. Even received a thank you note :)

It looks great. Does the job (holding pens and pencils) well. Good size. As pictured.In practice, it's not relevant how it feels on the inside. I'm not sure what those people were using it for. I grab the pens or pencils from the top parts that stick out. I don't have occasion to touch my pen/pencil holders on the inside.

Nice from a distance to look at, but cracks all over it when looking at it closer.

This arrived broken, split completely down the side. But will keep it because it kinda’ makes a statement.

Very nice pencil holder and it fits in with all my decor. I wanted the engravings (which are really very nice) to show up more so I lightly oiled the cup and wiped it down. Perfect - detail shows more clearly and the slight shine shows off the wood more. Would buy it again.

Arrived looking fine but cracks opened up within a few days.I'm guessing it's not happy in a centrally heated house.The wood isn't fully split from the inside to the outside, so I'll see how it settles and maybe wax it.

This is a very decorative piece. Strongly recommended.

Where to start .Bought 2 . As you can see one is a good bit smaller than the other and shaped more like and egg than the other . The bigger one has a completely blown base .The design in real life looks Nothing like as good as the picture .
