Wasserstein Gutter Mount for Google Nest Cam (Battery) & Solar Panel (Camera & Solar Panel NOT Included)

I’ve only had it for a couple of weeks. It performs its job well, there is some vibration when it’s windy out, but I feel it’s related to the gutter and not the product. The vibration doesn’t affect the video capture or the nest camera performance.Installation was simple with the guidance provided in the manual. We’ll see how it performs in the future.

This works great and has been up for months with no issues. It has never died so the panel is working as intended to keep the camera charged up. The only draw back is that particular camera doesn't seem to record motion as well as the others that are plugged in. Might be a G camera configuration due to being on battery. Otherwise works perfectly.

Camera tends to slip down a bit.

I purchased this gutter mount to be able to attach my nest outdoor camera and solar panel. All of the parts and extra parts came in the box to fit with multiple scenarios. Luckily, I was able fit the solar panel and the camera to the gutter mount successfully.

We ordered the Wasserstein solar panel with our outdoor Nest camera, and originally had used the included wall mount to install it. Unfortunately, due to an overhang on our house, the panel was perpetually in the shade and provided little to no actual charge for the camera, hence the need for the gutter mount. The product was relatively easy to install overall (easier if, unlike us, you have a ladder tall enough to get up to or over your gutters), with my only small complaint being that the tightening screws can be awkward to reach and turn if you're attempting to reach overhead to install the mount.We haven't had a storm yet, so we'll see if it (literally) weathers those intact, but it seems pretty solidly in place and secure.My only other small complaint is that the instructions leave a bit to be desired in terms of labeling the different parts (e.g., never appears to indicate that there are short and long tightening screws) and what some of them are used for (e.g., there's a solitary screw that doesn't appear on the parts list, and that's needed to insert into the bolt when tightening one of the joints...which the instructions never mention).

When I first received them, I loved them. Easy to use and I didn't have to put holes in anything to hang them up. I had one on the gutter on my roof overlooking my roof deck. During one windy night the holder just snapped and dropped my camera to the ground. I am thankful the camera didn't fall far and it wasn't ground level so no one stole it. I tried to contact the supplier as I had only had them for about sixth months and my email kicked back. Amazon told me to contact the supplier. So basically no way to see what the warranty is for this part.

Its easy to setup it probably will hold well over time but it's flimsy and moves too much in the wind
