Good product
Good product is very easy to use, the only problem is that when it moves through the sale its plug is disconnected from the Robot, the terminal of the cable that connects to the robot is not firm, the rest works very well.

IT ALL DEPENDS ON YOUR APPLICATION!
PROS:- Easy to use.- Very small learning curve.- Works as advertised.- Generous supply pack.- Straightforward User Manual.- Very useful in hard-to-reach window areas.- FUN to watch in action. :-DCONS:- Expensive.- Loud.- Slow.- Needs constant attention.- Multiple serious design flaws.- Requires cable-supplied power on top of the built-in battery.- Can't compete with cheaper and more simple alternatives.- Safety cord is useless in most situations.- Unit can fall off and cause damage or injury below.SUMMARY: This little machine intends to provide a high-tech solution to an everyday problem of cleaning windows. While it really is a great solution to hard-to-reach areas as well as places where ladder is required to reach up that comes with a fall-hazard for a person, in many cases its real and actual practicality in everyday situations is questionable. Does it clean? YES, except the most inner corners. Is it easy to use? YES, except it requires constant oversight during operation. Is it easy to use on outside window surfaces that can't be reached by hand? YES, except in high-rise buildings with strict rules that PROHIBIT the opening of large windows, and also, unless someone uses a much cheaper magnet-based cleaning kit that costs a fraction with no sophisticated operations, fast and easy solutions and better results.- So, then why would anyone want one if the stacks set against this little robot? Well, because it's a unique and fun little gadget that many people simply love! People's reaction were very mixed when trying out my little HOBOT-Robot. Some had found it too slow, too complicated, too expensive and too-too-too ... whatever, while others started to laugh and watch it in awe as it stuck to the windows or tiled walls and started to do its little cleaning dance. When applied to outside high windows that require a ladder and a person to climb up to, most immediately chose to use the HOBOT-Robot in order to avoid any possible fall-injuries, and the same was true in high-ceiling tiled bathrooms where you can just let it go and have it do its thing up high nice and easy.- There are several design flaws however in this machine. One; while it has an on-board battery pack to operate the suction motors that make it stick to the surface, it still requires a power cable attached that actually operates the cleaning disks and the unit itself. This connection is made via a regular plug-in solution, which twists left-right-up-down constantly while the unit is in operation, which WILL wear-out in time, probably rather fast, after which either the outside cord must be replaced or the internal socket, or BOTH! Also, since the unit itself has no external buttons to operate it, it is fully dependent on the remote control, so if that fails, the unit becomes useless! Next; there are no ‘troubleshoot’ modes to run an internal diagnostic cycle like other sophisticated robots have, such as Roomba. The other issue is with the safety cord. Well, in many situations it can't be attached to anything at all because there is nothing to be used for such purpose. And if under such circumstances the robot would fall off the surface, which DOES happen from time to time, then either someone has to catch it, or the owner can say goodbye to their rather expensive robot, not even mentioning the issues coming from having it fall onto something or someone, causing damage or injury. For these possibilities alone one MUST think over their own circumstances and intended use and situations BEFORE purchasing one! Yet another issue is the suction solution itself that makes the robot attached to the surface areas. And what issue is that? Well, it surely sucks with power, but where does all that air go with all the microscopic dirt? That's right; it all gets into the area where the robot blows the air into at the top-side. So if it's working inside, then it will pump those tiny dirt particles all over into the air, because there is NO filter solution of any kind built into the exhaust openings at the top side! So in fact, it's like a vacuum-cleaner without a dirt-collecting filter that fills up the air with fine-powder-like dirt-particles that it sucks up from under the surface. And of course, there are much more simple solutions out there that use magnets to attach the manual hand-operated simple cleaners to their outside counterparts that cost the fraction of the price of this electronic super-robot, while achieving the same goals and in fact, deliver even better results much-much faster and without the complications of setting up such a complex unit. So, it really gets confusing of what solutions to use, which may take away from the first attractions of this very curious little device all together!- The returning conclusion was that its actual usability mostly depends on the individual person's own application and the surface area to be cleaned. Though it is also promoted as a table cleaner and a floor washer, those ideas are quite useless in my opinion, since there are dedicated mopping robots with water, cleaning supply and dirty-water collector tanks built in along with instant drying solutions, with which this little thing can't compete at all. And just how big a table would one require to spend time setting up a robot for, instead of just simply cleaning it by hand? So yes, such usage suggestions are borderline ridiculous! HOWEVER, if we stick to the basic purpose of this little HOBOT-Robot of cleaning windows, wall tiles and maybe even plastic-paint-based walls, then the answer is YES, it surely comes handy and performs pretty well!CONCLUSION: With many large windows and high bathroom tiled walls the owners of this well designed pretty robot will be very happy and satisfied with the job it does, while people with only a few normal-sized windows that only need cleaning a few times per year would find it a complete waste of money for sure. There are lots of Pros and Cons about it, so it's hard to say whether to buy one or not. The other issue I've found is that there are almost identical robots out there that do the same thing for much lower prices, so not sure if there are enough differences to justify the spending of the value several times over for something that others are selling for the same overall job and purpose for much-much less? Though I like the unit and everyone agreed I asked to try it out that it is a FUN little gadget, I'm not convinced that it will win over the hearts, minds and wallets of customers in such volume that would make it an overall success. And that's exactly what can make or break a product, which in this case can mean the very end of this otherwise very interesting concept and put it in a group of products that are filled with failed things that never made it big and had a short life-span with the best achievement of nothing but being a weird curiosity. And that’s my final thought...
