Cheap pointers
The threads are so poorly cut they push together part of the way, easy to cross thread if assembling. If you happened to put a lot of sideways force on them (like sitting with it in your back pocket,) ill bet you'd break it. The red one is "average" the violet is right on the edge of visible so much that polarized sunglasses reduce the perceived brightness by ~90%, when shining it across the park at a tree you almost cant see the dot if you look right at it, its weird. Very close to UV. The green is brilliantly bright, can see it in the daytime, good for pointing out stars, can light up a room sort of thing.

Best dog toy
I have a 2 year old golden retriever that loves to chase the laser. She can run around chasing the dot for hours. It has been the best method for exercising a dog I’ve ever seen. Would 100% recommend.

Works pretty good
Red is perfect, green will light fires, purple is so weak that I shoved it in a box of Wheaties trying to help give it a boost!

Purrfect!
My cats like it. It doesn't kill your finger to hold down the button. The use of AA batteries instead of expansive button/watch batteries is a huge plus for me.The green is the brightest in my set, followed by red and then the white/uv one.

If they all worked...
...it would've been great. Two out of three ain't bad, but it isn't great either. The green is beyond dazzling and the cats DO like to play with it - for a few minutes. It's truly insanely bright and I think they get tracers like I do from watching it, even though it's not aimed at their eyes. The "purple" is barely a light-blue but they love it far more and will play until they're exhausted. The red...well, for "quality tested" as the listing says, the red had no bulb whatsoever, so of course it didn't work. None. Not like, it was there but didn't work - no, it was completely missing. And if we're paying for 3 but getting 2 functional toys, well, it's not really any better value than going to Petsmart to pick up a couple.

Green is visible in direct sunlight
The green one is super bright I was able to use it with a leak detector smoke machine to fin an exhaust leak in daylight

2 out of 3 ain't bad!
When I ordered these lazer pointers for my cats, I didn't know they were going to go for a trip across the US, Lebanon Tennesse is not Lebanon, Oregon. I had also not realizd they took AAA batteries, which was my fault but not a dissapointment. However, when i finally remembered to get batteries on 2 of the laser pointers worked. *Sad face* My husband worked on it for quite a while but wasnt able to get it to work.on a good note my cats love them and so not a total loss.

Puppy loves it!
My puppy just loves chasing the light. She wants to play all the time. I have to put it up or she will not stop. She knows where I keep them and she will stay there till I get them back out. Love it!!!

Not put together well
The quality is poor with the batteries going positive end DOWN the barrel. Don't try using rechargeables they die quicker than a novice playing halo.Tried these on the cat, clever sod just ignored it and went back to sleep. I will try again later if he shows signs of interest. These arrive 3 days AFTER I had been refunded after weeks of no communication. I did the honorable thing and reversed the refund but really? Won't buy again.
