Good product

This is a must have if you take collagen. Your body does not absorb collagen without this important amino acid. I have tried several brands of proline but this one has improved my skins look and feel when taken with collagen

The media could not be loaded. I've trusted NOW products for years now. I'm taking these along with L-Lysine to help improve my gut health. We'll see what happens.

I take w vitamin C and zinc as part of my hair health regimen. Also vitamins E (not synthetic), colostrum, biotin, saw palmetto.

I never write reviews on vitamins, supplements or herbs until at least a month. It takes each of us a different time frame to notice the affects since we all have a difference in built, metabolic rate and more. For me I have noticed a difference in my collagen after 3.5 weeks. Much improved in my joints. Moderate in tendons and skin. But my experience is mine for the vast list of medical conditions I struggle with daily. I like NOW products as an option and and find more of what I look for or need as their product line is vast. Being new on relying on vitamins and more I do try other manufacturers since the additives are different as well as the % you receive in taking them. While each manufacturer estimates how much you can expec in your system it is that truly your own individual system that dictates that. I will have no problems in reordering this again.

These are so big that they are hard to swallow. My husband can swallow them barely; I cannot swallow them. I may put them in water and dissolve them that.
