One of the gretest earbuds. Sound is very clear and base is also good. Voice catching power of the microphone is also strong. But the force of the sound is little bit low, I've to hear the music section in high volume level. So, if there is any place of rectification then Harman Infinity have to change it. Overall great product. Recomend to everyone..👍🏻

I have been using the product for over a month and I am quite disappointed with the usage. The sound quality is decent, however noise cancelation does not work. Most importantly the device is not pairing correctly, the left bud is draining charge within 10 minutes and unable to connect to any device. The left and right buds are not pairing simultaneously. Honestly I bought this product with the brand name of Harman, but I am very dissatisfied. I would not recommend this product to anyone. I would like to get refund if Amazon is able help in getting the refund from seller/company.

Noise cancellation is not good but this price range its good and sound quality is great and amazing bass. This device not have the facility to connect two device at a time battery life is great 5hvr to 6 hvr non stop usage on buds and box will give about 20 hvrs Don't use fast charger to this product that distroy battery healthAnd i think this product is value for money (its my opinion)

The media could not be loaded.  it's a little bulky in the ear .and the charging feedback is not working..maybe broken ..comparatively the battery and the bank is unsatisfactory. Comparatively the bluetooth discovery is also very slow ...( Other company shows faster )

The JBL Infinity 320 are a solid pick in the 2000rs range with a well-balanced sound, great fitting, and premium finishing. It has the perfect blend of bass and treble which makes it a good choice if you like to listen to a huge variety of songs. The battery backup is decent without being spectacular, and the on-call noise cancellation is not that great. But apart from that, it is a solid pick.

This is best choice i have ever made.. but only cons is battery life ,you can only get bettery life between 4-5 hours .. but despite the battery overall its sounds great ,also bass is on the above average level.. sounds also good,so if you are a audiophile definitely try this one

I bought it when it was much more expensive, now it costs hardly 1.1k. For the price they charged earlier it's one of the worst audio devices I've invested in. One of the buds stopped charging around 2 weeks after it was delivered. The product was still in warranty so I wasn't that concerned. But turns out Harman official service stores don't provide service for this product. All in all, avoid buying it
