Elementals Academy: The Discovery of Magic

Another brilliant storyline that you just have to keep reading the characters and the story just keep you reading numerous times I put the book down and five minutes later I had to open it again it's just too good.

I throughly enjoyed this book, and can't wait for the following books (hopefully) in the series loved all the characters. I feel invested in the story enough to need to read more till the conclusion.

In two minds with this one, I'd really like to know what the heroine is capable of especially because of Zane. However it's like Summer lost all sense as soon as she laid eyes on Zane. The backwards forwards about him takes over so much so it starts to sound more like Y/A about a high school obsessive crush. Not being able to eat because of a boy she met two days ago..... Yet she manages to be very judging about everyone else's life choices.

For a book of this genre it surprised me more than most, it has a lot of world building. But ticks a few of my NO boxes when it comes to story, so I won’t be reading the next one. But otherwise not a bad book!

I am obsessed with the world created here and the blending of different mythologies. The magic, monsters & mysteries have me hooked. I was delighted to discover that book two will be out in a few days and there's already a completed series in the same world. Couldn't recommend this more! A new author for me but she's definitely a new favourite.

Ok so this is not an adults book but I really enjoyed it. Easy to read, descriptive and good scene setting.Read it in the space of a few hours and immediately looked for the next book in the series.

I loved this book..I just wish it could've gone on for longer. It was really nice to revisit some characters from the original series and to see how they were developed alongside some new and powerful characters. It was also nice to explore the themes of gods more widely and start to explore new gifts. I really enjoyed reading and am now waiting impatiently for the next book in the series.

If you like Ms Madow's work you will definitely love this book. If you've never read her work you will definitely be hooked and want to read her back catalogue.Great storyline, excellent characters I can't wait for book 2.Thank you Ms Madow for yet another great book.
