No, this product does not taste good, but it works! I squeeze package into small amount of water-Do Not Mix-then drink it down in one swallow without tasting. After, I use whats left in package on backs of my hands to deter age wrinkles, spots. Have used for 5 months on daily basis. Have more "get up and go" than most my age (65). Blood sugar testing better than any other period in my life.
