Rapid High Capacity Staples, 5/16-Inch, 5,000 Per Box (90003)

The Rapid stapler is absolutely the best stapler I have ever owned. Its standard staples were a little too short for my needs, so I ordered these, since they are a bit longer. These fit my needs, work smoothly, and are as easy to use as the standard staples. For additional strength, I fold the tops of cardboard boxes in and use these staples to hold them in place. These high capacity staples are just the right length for that job on regular cardboard boxes. I like the Rapid stapler so well that shortly after I bought it, I purchased another one for a spare. That was several years ago and I haven't needed the spare yet. It's still in the box. These staples were made in China, but still work just fine.

I bought these staples along with the Rapid Classic 1 stapler. These are up to the task, Rated for up to 50 sheets. These will punch through that many sheets without crumpling at all. However, up around that many sheets, they might not fully close on the back-side of the bundle. They certainly do very well at around the 45-sheet mark. Keep in mind that this is with "their" stapler, which is of very high quality. I bought these for use in the office as part of the binding process for machine electrical drawings. Your average office stapler cannot compete with these and the Rapid Classic 1.

Staples fit as they are required. Used in a garden project, worked great. Recommended

using these to baste upholstery seams before sewing. works great with heavy fabric. staples are easy to remove after sewing with a flat head screwdriver

I use these staples with my Rapid K1 Retro Classic Stapling Pliers... what can I say. They are great staples and do the job. I've had zero issues with jamming and when I have to remove them from a project, they remove without an issue.

These are a must for stapling layers of ribbons onto the cardboard backing of a homecoming mum (Texas thing-pinterest it!). Hot glue will work if you like burning your fingers or removing webs of glue from everything. No, thanks! I prefer staples so that it's easily removable if I want to change up the layout. You can't do that with hot glue. I digress.. regular staples will only work if you're stapling thin layers, but I used this staple along with a plier stapler to staple fairy led wire string enclosed in deco mesh tubing. The staples held the tube in place without damaging the led wires. I only had a couple of staples that stapled wonky, but overall, they worked great. If you mess up or change your mind, a regular staple puller will work. I don't have a picture of the staple, but I do have a picture of the mum where I used these staples to hold practically everything in place onto the base...and I used lots of staples. The Rapid 5/16" High Capacity Staples are the perfect complement to the Rapid Classic 1 Plier Stapler. Their sharp points and extra length allow for 50 sheets of 20lb paper to be secured effortlessly and securely. Quality matters even for simple staples.
