I was really pleased with these trays. On the photo the tray on the left is one we have had for ages and they cost roughly £10 for one. The one on the right is the one I am reviewing now. You get two for £13. Really good size and they have small feet to raise them off the ground. Am really pleased with them. They are very sturdy and well made.

Feeding an injured magpie in the garden with a damaged wing and the fat balls, seeds and mealworms were making a mess on the ground these feeders have made a big difference. Took the magpie a couple of days to get used to them. The mesh is fine so the seeds don't fall through. All happy here.

I’d bought a couple of hanging bird feeders for my back yard at the start of spring and they’d been totally ignored.These two arrived on Friday and I’ve spent the weekend watching my garden be transformed into a birds’ playground! I filled them up with sunflower seeds and they now attract all kinds of garden bird. Robins, blackbirds, blue tits, sparrows. Just what I wanted. Excellent purchase.

We feed the wild birds all year round. But was tired of having to sweep up old seeds and husks on our patio. These mesh feeders are great. Less mess too when it rains because the rain drains through the mesh. So less waste of seeds. Any old leftover husks I can just tip into the trash. Important to wash all bird feeders regularly because just like us if we ate off dirty plates... I clean these trays in the utility sink use plain soap and water.

It took the smaller birds a few days to get used to them. I do have hanging feeders too, but the pigeons were making so much mess via the bird tables, I needed something to help keep the pigeons from doing their version of a sand dance and kicking seed everywhere. These have helped keep the mess down. I would recommend.

These are made of metal mesh,so easy to clean.They come as seen in the photo so no assembly required.Good strong construction,so will last.A good bird feeder for any garden.

The feeders came ready assembled, the birds used them straight away and the amount of mess in the area was reduced. Easy to clean. No problems

I bought these for my garden birds, thought if it rains the rain will soak through the seed.Sadly it did not work and also the mesh has buckled and will not go flat.When the birds land on the rim they tip up. And the birds are frightened off.Very disappointing, and I do not think I can return them
