Item was defective
Item was defective in that data did not transfer onto drive properly. Seller was extremely unhelpful when I explained that I could not return the drive as some client data which had transferred, could not be deleted from it. I offered to provide photographic evidence of the defect but this was not accepted. Fortunately, Amazon themselves did accept my explanation and gave me a refund.

Failed after 5 minutes
The unit stopped being recognized as storage unit within 5 minutes of its use. operations performed have been encryption and formatting. at formatting, the drive has failed.

Nice original must buy product at this price

It had a failed QLC NAND gate and it locked itself into Read - Only mode with no publics keys to remove it. The drive corrupted with all my personal data inside it. It is recoverable but the device itself is unusable now.
