NEW MUDWTR MORNING ROUTINE - love it!
Now on my 3rd new can and Iâm happy to say this is the best switch Iâve made as a new mom.The caffeine from coffee eventually made me feel even more tired.. if you wouldâve asked me 6 months ago if I would ever give up coffee and rely on adaptogens, I would laugh in your face.Taking Mudwtr, I have an all day steady kind of energy and Iâm very impressed with my mood and overall digestion đđźâ The electric whisk is very necessary with your hot water as well as âsweeteningâ it by using an organic creamer of your liking (without the artificial sugar/ seed oils/ gums). Iâm using Califa Farms Brown Sugar right now and love the combination đSaw someone talk about the lid? I think itâs just fine, if anything really nice!Changed my morning routine, changed my days for the better. Only fault is .. this is pretty pricey of a switch. Following on insta maybe for discounts soon?! đđź đ

Contains LEAD!!!
Lead!?!? Seriously??? Do not purchase this garbage!!! I paid $50 for a container that went straight into the trash! They do not show in the images the portion of the container displaying the warning label that this product contains lead!! How is this legal to sell a product like this and not disclose in the information for someone to make an informed decision before they purchase something that should be illegal? And they do not accept returns. Absolutely unacceptable!!!

Must try for yourself
Did not like the taste of this coffee. It is very bitter. I ended returning it. I wanted so bad to like it because of the benefits I have been reading about mushroom coffee. However, container is very well made. The writing on the product is easy to read. I won't tell you not to buy because I believe the taste is of one's own personal preference. I gave it four starts because I feel the product shouldn't take a low star rating because of my own taste.

IMO, tastes terrible. Isn't better than diy mix. Expensive.
I wanted to try mudwtr for a while, but was scared of the complaints re: unauthorized charges & poor/non-existent customer service. So I tried Amazon.I've been diy-ing mushroom coffee, buying powdered mushroom, protein powder & shaking them into my morning coffee. I was intrigued by the description, "if chai & cacao had a baby", but mudwtr's flavor is pretty bad imo. When I think of chai, I think of the warming, "sweet" spices like cinnamon & ginger. But the taste of mudwtr is turmeric & cardamom, both of which kind of make me sick [turmeric tastes bitter -- in a bad way -- to me & cardamom gives me a sick headache]. There's a texture of cacao, but i suppose my palate isn't sophisticated enough to detect the flavor of cacao.I'm guessing the taste is why mudwtr also sells sweetener & creamer. As far as health benefits, I have NOT had a decline in GI tract health, mental acuity, or general energy; so their adaptogens are doing a good job. But I haven't seen an increase either. My diy mix is <1/2 the cost, & I really like the taste. I'm heading back to the grocery store for my homemade stuff đPS you don't need the frothing whisk. You don't even need a shaker ball. Just burn 10 kcal shaking your bottle vigorously for a few seconds.

I Love Mushroom Coffee! Here are my Honest ThoughtsâŚ
I recently decided to give Mud Wtr a try after seeing all the hype online. Here are my honest thoughts:1) Taste:If you enjoy earthy, herbal flavors, you might like Mud Wtr. It has a unique taste that's unlike coffee but can be interesting for those who appreciate a more natural, chai-like experience. However, for me, the taste was too bland and earthy, almost like drinking a mix of dirt and spices. Even with sweeteners and milk, I struggled to finish a cup. It just doesnât have that satisfying flavor profile I crave in the morning.2) Ingredients and Dosage:They state that each serving contains 2,000mg of mushroom extract, with 500mg per strain, and theyâre transparent about it, so they pass in this category.3) Quality:This part is extremely important because itâs crucial to understand the level of quality of the mushroom extract you are paying for. Mud Wtr uses mushroom extract from mycelial biomass, which is the root-like structure of a fungus (mycelium) grown on a grain or other substrate. Unlike fruiting bodies, which are the actual mushrooms, mycelial biomass often includes the substrate it's grown on, resulting in a less potent product with lower concentrations of beneficial compounds. While each serving is 2,000mg, the level of potency is about 50-60% lower than what you get with extracts made from 100% fruiting bodies.4) Price and Value:At nearly $49 for a relatively small canister, I expected more in terms of flavor, quality, and benefits. When compared to my other favorite, Lucid Super Coffee â which contains 2,000mg of mushrooms plus 3,000mg of nootropics (superfuel for your brain) for around the same price â youâre getting much more for your money. Mud Wtrâs effects are pretty mild, but I do still enjoy it occasionally and think itâs a decent product that will stay in my cabinet to keep functional mushrooms in my life. However, Lucid has won my heart (at least for now) because I can actually FEEL the effects. My best advice is to pay attention to the dosage and quality of mushrooms, ensure brands are completely transparent about their ingredients, and always read the label!
