I have huge lipedema legs, and it was challenging to find something which was wide enough.This pillow does! I even have space on both sides! The foam is soft, and the angle of elevation is just right. However, the pillow itself could be a bit longer, as it feels funny that my feet are just dangling in the air.The cover material is like this non-woven fabric, which you can also find on shopping bags. It's not very impressive. A cover with a cotton or terry towel would be preferable, but I should be able to use a pillowcase.The price is great. I opted for the cheap one because I was unsure if it would fit my needs. But it does, and so far, I cannot complain. If you are on a budget and need something to elevate your legs, I can recommend it.Packaging was good and shipping fast.

Great for those who suffer swelling, water retention and painful legs. This has helped me in reducing swelling on my feet. It’s also got removable cover for washing. Great overall product
