This product was exactly as I wanted. My regret is that I didn't go directly to the producers website to purchase. Every product offered on Amazon has a independent (often small) producer with a website. Often with free or low cost shipping, coupon codes, and at the same or lower price. And when we buy direct from the original maker, we are giving our dollars to the maker without the 15% skimming of Bezos. Amazon is convenient. And if Bezos shares your values, then this is the site for you. At this time, we are left with one true power. The Power of the Purse. Value yourself and value your power. And don't give your dollars to anyone that doesn't share your values.

Exactly what I need to make some of my dishes more savory, without all of the "junk" that they add to the other mixes! And it makes great dip. I always have this in my kitchen.
