I work infront of a computer all day and develop the occasional neck and shoulder pain. It became excruciating enough for me to buy this questionable looking product. I tried it... and... I couldn't believe it. This thing actually works!There's some electro-conductive in the box and the pen won't work with out. Just dab a drop of it directly on the spot that is painful. I'd recommend putting the strength of the pen to "1" (lowest) at first, and let it shock the area at a low intensity. Keep it there for a few minutes (and VERY steady or it will shock other nerves around it). The pain in the neck was instantly gone! I half expected it to immediately come back, but so far (it's been 12 hours), there's still no pain! I can't believe this thing actually works!

Bought it to ease tendon pain in ankle. Seems poorly made. The hand holding device receives a small amount of electrical current. Comes with a small amount of gel with no information on what it is or how to get more. Save your money and buy a Tens unit.

Feels pretty weird bordering on painful. Prefer my regular massager.
