Preparation H Hemorrhoid Symptom Treatment Cream, Multi-Symptom Pain Relief with Aloe, Tube (0.9 Ounce, 1 Tube per Box), (Pack of 3)

I have to say that I think this version of Prep H (why are there so many versions?) is the best I've tried yet (previously I used the ointment for a long time). For whatever reason, my hemorrhoids get much worse in the heat of summer--I guess things naturally swell in your body in heat anyway, and bodies retain more fluid in summer. Anyway, the screaming bouts were getting pretty loud this summer (surprised the neighbors haven't called the police to see if I'm being attacked, lol), so I tried this cream. (There are also some good prescription solutions, but they're not cheap.) It seems to be working faster and better than any of the other products made by this company. And for that I will be forever grateful--no one who doesn't suffer from this has any idea how intense the pain can be. By the way, make sure if you order the three-pack, you get it--I didn't. Amazon was great about solving the situation, as usual, but still.

After two major intestinal surgeries, my husband needed a little comfort for quite awhile through the recovery and tried all the different varieties of the Preparation H ointments. This one with the aloe is the best. He says it soothes, doesn't sting, isn't sticky and a little does the job. The three tubes in the subscribe and save option is the best deal for the money I've found. W-Mart and W-Greens don't carry this version locally, so I count on Amazon to make sure we have it handy if required.

Pretty good - didn't help with pain but I credit it with helping stop bleeding. There are 4 things in my hemorrhoid emergency "kit" now - 1) Preparation H to help stop bleeding 2) ibuprofen for pain 3)anuice to relieve pain 4) Vicks vapor rub to eliminate swelling in a few hours. Vicks Vapor rub was recommended by the NPR show, The People's Pharmacy and it provides miracle relief IMHO. I tried many other ointments and it worked the best. The pain didn't go away as fast as the swelling but the anuice and ibuprofen took care of the pain.

Like other reviewers said, it's an embarrassing product to purchase or talk about. Thankfully you can order this from Amazon for a good price. It really does work well and get the job done. You get 3 smaller sized tubes worth of it. When it is running out you can order some more without having to buy some from a store and feel embarrassed.

Our early attempts at a tractor beam went through several preparations. Preparations A through G were a complete failure. But now, ladies and gentlemen, we finally have a working tractor beam, which we shall call... Preparation H!

Works okay, better for more mild symptoms.

i use it for my face,,,, yes -- my face,,, puffy eyes, frown mouth and under my chin -- too me it reduce the "swelling" ....my face seems to be much "firmer" .....try it and let me know - i know i am using this incorrectly but I am being honest on why i am using this -- good gravy -- the things we do for vanity

My bung hole is singing a happy tune once again. If your brown star is itchy and scratchy from roids, slap some of this cream on it. Your fart box will love it. My sphincter was on fire and itched like poison ivy. This did the trick.
