I have been purchasing this for many years. And it always helps me. Not only to regulate my stomach, but it makes me feel full. And last it's helping with my weight management, and I will continue to order this. As I am on a subscription for it, monthly. The flavor for me taste amazing. And I can feel the difference when I'm not using this. I don't feel bloated

Best protein shake i have tried! I blend it with unsweetened almond milk and ice, and it is filling, and tastes great. Also great with a banana added. I tend to get turned off by sugar substitutes and sweeteners, and this doesnt have any of those flavors.

This shake is a very good meal replacement shake. It fills me up much more than other shakes I have had. The taste is very chocolatey and creamy. It mixes very well in their shaker. I will also occasionally make a smoothie with it and put frozen fruit chunks in.

My fave. Tastes good and diminishes my appetite. It’s also high in protein which I like because I work out a lot. I add a little unsweetened chocolate powder and stevia to make it a rich chocolate shake. I put everything into the blender and add my vitamins and collagen. Easy!

Taste is good. Mixes well, with no clumping as long as you shake or blend it well. I think it’s expensive for the size bag you get, thus the rating of four stars. I would think it should be in $25 range for the bag., otherwise you can buy 30gram/protein drinks already mixed!

I liked the canister packaging better, but it is still a great product and produces a thick, chocolatey yumfest. I add two cups of ice, a few packets of sugar substitute, cold water, a 1/2 banana to the blender and am soon a very happy camper. All the fun with none of the guilt.

I'm probably the only reviewer who isn't a big fan of the sweetness, and I like my coffee black, but one scoop makes a very pleasant and satisfying frothed coffee to me. Of all the meal replacement shakes, Nutrisystem has the best calorie-to-protein ratio, at least on Amazon. Nutrisystem is about 500 calories three times a day to lose weight (500 calories is one meal plus a snack two weeks later). That's the formula. 1,500 calories. The food conveniently fits that formula. And that's the formula many of us need to observe as we age, even if we don't do Nutrisystem. Add the non-starchy vegetables you want, by the way, and drink at least 64oz fluid. Stress increases appetite, so a break with this as coffee creamer helps me relax a little on a tough day. It's part if my dier routine. I'll drink Vanilla iced but prefer chocolate that way. Chocolate is also great in coffee but not as good as vanilla.
