I have not seen any difference after following the instructions and how the advertised the product

Swollen ankles and they got even bigger

It is slimming my legs. I’m not sure if it’s draining my lymphatic system. It is nice to soak your feet in the water with the teabag in it. But there is an awful lot of information that is not given. And the advertisement was showing reviews from this product and also several others that are different. It was confusing. And I still don’t know how often to use it. There seems to be no information, like will it stay in your carpet if you walk on your carpet with your wet feet, will it be toxic to your pets if they accidentally walk in the wet foot prints and lick their paws, and what you will benefit from it. I’ve soaked my feet in it three times now over a weeks time. And other than my leg seeming slimmer, I haven’t been able to tell any other benefits. I don’t know what I’m looking for. I would love to see reviews of this product by someone who has been using it for a couple of months.
