This is literally the best and only self tanner out there that actually works. I self tan and have to exfoliate to remove my tan once a week. With any other foam or gel I’ve used it was at least a 2 days process of applying the mousse and letting it sit forever only to get 25% of your tan off. Which is exhausting when you’re literally devoting an entire evening to it. Then I came across this when looking for new self tan remover and it had changed my life. I was able to remove about 80% of the tan on the first shower and just lightly exfoliate the rest. I’m not having to scrub my skin raw. It’s expensive but worth it for the time and sanity I got back

Saw really great reviews on this so I figured I’d give it a shot. 1st issue- the jar is only half full. 2nd issue- applied product as directed then used my exfoliating glove in the shower and it took some of the color off, but not as expected. Left blotches of color that I couldn’t see until my skin settled after scrubbing. Used 3 times now and still doesn’t remove the tan.

I have been extremely happy with this self tan remover. I own a spray tan studio and regularly spray tan. I find that if my previous tan isn’t completely gone, the results of the new one just aren’t as good. This product, with the help of an exfoliating mitt has been excellent in between tans. The directions are clear, easy to follow and the tan is easily removed with little effort. I also love how soft my skin feels after using it. I will be recommending this to friends and clients alike!

I was so interested in this product because it seemed TOO GOOD to be true. Surprise… it is, but it’s not bad. The before picture was of my tan after 10 days of not exfoliating, so as you can imagine, it wouldn’t have had to take much effort at all to remove. As for the product, it smelled exactly like something so familiar but I couldn’t think of exactly what it was… then it came to me: ORANGE PALMOLIVE DISHSOAP. This doesn’t smell sexy or like spa, but fortunately it‘s not strong and it does not linger at all. A little DOES go a long way - for my entire body I used *maybe* 1/6 - 1/5 of it. Its gray colored with super fine, uniform, exfoliating particles in it. You put this in dry skin, wait 2 minutes, then use a wet exfoliating glove/mitt to remove your tan. I don’t know why you have to wait 2 minutes because there is no aha/bha exfoliating property to it, I even tasted it to check if it was acidic.. it wasn’t lol. Don’t do that. I know this has urea in it but it’s nothing like Amlactin or any exfoliating product that uses urea. The micro particles almost have a desiccant property to them because once you rub it in & wait, it dries in ~ 30 seconds. Results: See for yourself. Nothing crazy. Didn’t remove the stubborn DHA from my hair follicles. The glove does 80% of the job and I truly feel that I could have achieved (maybe) a comparable level of tan removal with just my exfoliating glove & soap. And let me tell y’all, I wanted this to work like the pictures so I was SCRUBBING VERY HARD. Still, no crazy results. Did it remove a tremendous amount of tan? Absolutely!! Was it easier than using the stiff side of a bath bristle brush? Absolutely!! Did it save me time? Yes. Is this a gentle scrub? NO, especially not when you pair it with an exfoliating glove. Much to my surprise, it didn’t aggravate my eczema at all even though it exfoliated my legs to a point where it felt like I shaved them. Probably ok for sensitive skin people. Would I buy this again? Honestly yes for the $28 it was listed for. I came back to write my review and was shocked to see its $38 now. Are y’all CRAZY? This isn’t worth $38 dollars: know your product’s worth. It’s a nice addition to my routine but I’d rather save myself an extra $10 and not buy this than splurge on something that doesn’t smell nice or even have anti-aging skincare in it. It should actually be $25 like seriously I understand that brands want to come across as lux but this doesn’t perform as well as it’s advertised and in this economy, $25 IS LUX!!!!!

Actually works so fast & doesn’t dry my skin out I’ve tried a few tan removers before and this one is by far the easiest to use. The 60 second claim is actually pretty accurate. It starts breaking down the tan almost immediately, and I don’t feel like I have to scrub my skin raw to get everything off. What I really like is that it doesn’t leave my skin feeling super dry or irritated afterward. My skin felt smooth and hydrated, which is not usually the case with products like this. It made removing old, patchy tan so much quicker, especially around areas like my hands and ankles. Definitely something I’ll keep using in my routine. I also run a spray tan studio and recommend this product to all of my clients.

This product is really good!! I have self tanned for YEARS, I ha e either used a tree hut exfoliating scrub to remove and I tried the BONDI SANDS self tanner remover (which doesn't work and smells like hair perm soln). I use BONDI SANDS self tanner (ultra dark) HEAVILY and usually do one application of lotion self tanner thru the week. I exfoliate and remove self tanner once weekly. So..heavy on the self tanner and one application of this sitting on my body for 60 seconds then using the exfoliating mit removed about 75% of the self tanner. I realize sometimes you have to do the removal process more than once, but I didnt today and was very happy with the results. I was skeptical after seeing all the tik toks on this product, but overall, Im impressed. You can see from the pic I still have some residue on my pigmented dark spots and a little left on my normal skin, but I was heavily tanned before. I do not have sensitive skin and didnt experience any adverse effects like skin irritation. It smell decent, almost like a citrus smell (to me) It is grainy so exfoliates nicely. My skin was soooo soft afterwards. And I think because this product doesn't have an oil base like tree hut sugar scrubs you can apply self tanner the same day you exfoliate rather than having to wait a day or two after exfoliating with the tree hut sugar scrub. I also liked I only had to leave it on for 1 minute compared to bondi sands which was like 5 to 10 mins I think. I am in my 50's so keep that in mind when you look at the photo of my skin 🤪 I applied the product kind of heavily and think I can get about 10 to 12 maybe more removals with this tub, so I think the process is decent.

This product works so good to remove a fake tan. I used it on my daughter after cheer and her tan came off almost immediately. It’s very gentle in the skin and has a nice smell to it if you use Spray Tan or rub on Tan this is the must have

I am a weekly tanner and scrubbing it off is literally the worse part. I left it on for around 3 mins used an exfoliating glove and lightly scrubbed my skin and then showered and my tan was completely removed couldn't believe it. Definitely the best tanning remover I've ever used! Didn't think it would work this well considering I wear a dark tan! AMAZING!
