Excelente...

Was concerned at first when I saw how little of the surface actually sands, but the gaps in that herringbone pattern work miracles. Really helps extract the dust so it doesn’t clog and heat up.Also this thing stays sharp for an insanely long time. Was able to get through flattening both sides of a 2ft x 5 ft panel glue up with just one disc and when I touched it the thing felt basically just as sharp as the unused cheaper brand disc I used for comparison. After that long I’d usually have to swap to at least a second or third to get it fully flat- definitely not going back after that.That really helps justify any up front cost since it’s so durable it’s well worth it in the long run.

I’ve tried a few types of discs but really like these. They’re effective, have great dust collection, and you can usually tell when it’s time to change the disc for a new one just by looking at it. I have these in various grits, and it does the trick for hard wood like maple, or soft pine.

UPDATE: It was a relatively hassle free ruturn, and replacement. The company made it right. Im changing my rating from two to five. This sandpaper is truley phenomenal. Labor is your biggest cost and this sand paper cuts it in half compared to conventional sand paper making it actually cheaper to use this sand paper than it is to use lower purchase price sandpapers. The finish is flawless if you do your job right.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I received a box of 80+ that every other disc or more didn't get grit stuck to it in the manufacturing process. I'll change my star rating if the new box they are supposed to send me has grit on all the disc's.

Great disks . . . Long lasting . . . except for the Velcro backing. The backing loses its grip long before the abrasive wears out. Not sure why the fuzzy back stops gripping the hooks of the sander’s pad but even after blowing it clean with a compressor they refuse to stay on . . . and there is still a lot of life in the abrasive left.Would give five stars if they’d stay put till the abrasive wears out!
