I do my pool workout in these and I LOVE THEM.
They are the perfect hardness and fit. They dont flop all over and hurt my feet. I have disc issues and use these in my pool workout

These worked great for snorkeling around beaches in Hawaii this summer. They are light but easy to get on and off.

The pros:They do float.They are sturdy and provide good resistance during swimming.I like the inserts with the little holding ring.The consThey curved at the ends and stayed curved, immediately.They run 3 sizes too large. My daughter wears a 6 so we got the size S as per the size chart.I wear a size 9.5 to 10. They fit ME, perfectly with even a little room to spare.
