I used the diagram provided to mark and pre-drill holes because the diagram said it was 1:1 scale, which is incorrect. The diagram is smaller than the actual product, which resulted in additional holes in my wall. I am not happy about the extra work required to patch holes as a result of a lousy diagram.

The product was manufactured incorrectly, bottom hook turned the wrong way on one of the wall mounts making it impossible to hang. I sent a photo to keeproworld666agmail.com No Response
